  1. So Savage leap has 5 procs in it? I 5 slotted mine with obliteration with the damage proc and then the - res proc. Would it be better to have the 4 damage procs? I only need obliteration for the 5% rech. Which I can get elsewhere. 🤔
  2. There will be at least one more patch on the test server, don't know when that will hit. Probably in a couple of weeks. And then that patch will be tested for a couple more weeks too. So the earliest we could see this hitting live is mid January. But I would expect it to be later than that. I hope I'm wrong but testing needs to be done and that takes time to get things right.
  3. Critical Strike would be best in Sting of the Wasp because the +50% Crit Proc, letting you get the +50% on Soaring Dragon and Golden Dragonfly. I put it in Soaring Dragon so I get the buff for Golden Dragonfly. Scrapper's Strike Proc is Global so it doesn't matter where it goes. Lotus Drop is a good place. Mids lets you so I just assume. 😞 Now I need to rethink my build too. I thought it could because I can run ninja run with it. I would say yes because you're still above the softcap. It will help a lot with the hard targets.
  4. I use the LFG tab. I lock the group, just myself, and it will TP to Cimerora and I use it for other TF contacts too, moonfire is great.
  5. I'm not the best with Incarnates but Looking at them for the Alpha I would go either Musculature Radial for the Damage, Endurance Modification and Defense Debuff. Or Agility Radial because of Recharge, which you really don't need that much more, Endurance, and Defense buff. With the Defense buff that would put you close to the Incarnate softcap. For Judgement I would go with Vorpal, while it's not the best I think it would fit your alt better because it is a cone and it does a bunch of kicks. Interface, Diamagnetic is always a good choice because of the -reg or Reactive for the -res, because you are lethal damage and that could help. Destiny, A lot of people take Ageless for the +rech and +end but Barrier could be good too because it would take you over the Incarnate softcap. Hybrid, Assault or Melee. Assault if you want to do more damage and Melee if you want to be harder to kill. But I would most likely go with Assault. Frozen Blast would be overkill IMO because of the def you already have. Anyways I like Annihilation there for the -Res proc. While procs are not the best in AoE it's always nice to have -Res. S While you are over the softcap for Ranged and AoE it's not a bad thing because /Nin doesn't have DDR like SR so being over by a little is nice and it makes you closer to the Incarnate softcap. A weird as it is perma-Hasten will help with end because you won't have the crash, IIRC. Also you have a power that gives you end so that really shouldn't be a big problem. If you go with Ageless as your Destiny slot you'll have more end then you can use. More thoughts on the build. I would put achilles' heal -res proc in Sting of the wasp, speaking of SotW IIRC Gambler's cut is a better DPS attack. but both or good. The two slots in Kuji-In rin is fine, it makes it so you have it double stacked with is great because it caps your psy res and gives more mez proction, so while running the ITF you doesn't have to hide when romy rezs. Since you're over the softcap you don't need DA but it will help if you plan on running lots of Incarnate stuff. Over all the build is good and you should have lots of fun playing it. I have a kat/nin I'm leveling up now. This is the build I'm planning but I'm most likely going to pick something different than Body Mastery. Might go weapon mastery and I haven't picked my Incarnate powers yet. 6. Yes, I have wanted this for my kat/SR, now kat/Ninja, for the longest time. I even have artwork of her holding a gun and Kat. And I would go with bullet rain over empty clips too.
  7. I've been slacking the past few weeks but have picked up this week. Got 3 builds I want to build, while I have the inf now if I don't make more then I'll be broke. One thing I did notice was there seem to be less ATO on the market. Probably because more people are buying the winter pack right now. I was able to get the ATO I wanted but had to wait a lot longer. It might be back to normal now I don't know and maybe it was just the set I was going for, scrapper.
  8. I had both at 50 on live. I loved both but played the SS more. Elec is great at AoE, LR and SC are awesome, but bosses take too long for my liking. With that said the rage crash sucks for SD right now. The - Def can kill you if you don't pay attention.
  9. Join the vanguard is all speak and a defeat 10 Rikti. I don't know what you have been doing.
  10. To get tough and then weave you need to take boxing or kick. Cross punch isn't available till after you have taking more powers from the fighting pool. Now between kick and boxing most people will take whatever one they like more. Most people I assume wouldn't use the power unless thier recharge is slowed. People also will use it as a slot mule, like slotting kinetic combat to get higher s/l defense.
  11. Touch of fear on a Scrapper is pretty useless. Why, as a scrapper, would I waste time using fear on one for instead of killing it. Jab is pretty useless, as a lot of t1 attacks, but jab is by far the worst.
  12. My badger on live was a BS/SR scrapper, I stopped playing him on liive for the most part because I loved /SD more. I started to play him again but then the game shut down. On HC I re-rolled him as a Staff/SR, because I never played staff and it can't be paired with /sd. My favorite/fallback is my DM/SD scrapper. I starting to badge with him and solo tfs. I haven't found a non melee fall back yet but in live it was my dark/ice and did remake the toon but it's still level 1.
  13. Why not talk about burn? If on a team with a tank, brute or a troller/dom you don't have to worry about runners. Burn will add tons of AoE damage. Kat will give fire +def which will help. I say go kat/fire.
  14. The Devs on live seem to learn over time people hate to travel. They put stuff later in game to make it easier, like ouro. I would love this. All TF and even story arcs for that matter should take place mainly in the zone of the contact and a hazard zone. Sure the go talk to someone can be in a different zone. So if we were to look at the TF I would like some like this Positron-Doesn't need to change Synapse-Starts in Skyway and ends in Boomtown Yin-Doesn't need to change Citadel-Starts in Talos Island and ends in Striga Isle. Manticore- Brickstown to Crey's Folly Numina- Founders' Falls to Eden, get rid of the hunt missions. IIRC They added Green line to Founders' later in the game too.
  15. Back on live my brother and I ran up a duo of defenders to 50 thought the tfs. He was rad/rad and I was dark/ice. We steamed rolled all the tfs, posi was the worst one but that was before the change to it. I would start and lead the tfs and more than once when people join they were happy to see two defenders on the team.
  16. I made and ice/fire stalker because of the reason you have stated. Sadly I'm only at level 15 right now, too many alts. Ice patch and burn should be really good together. Also ice will slow them down too so they can run away as fast.
  17. I got the 3 with super speed and combat jumping on the bigger track. On the smaller track I find ninja run to be better. I got gold on my first run with it and had to wait on the others run to get the other badges.
  18. As others have said there is no best AT for tfs. Now I have seen people looking for a healer, sigh, or a tank. I say play what you like because you will enjoy the game more.
  19. I'm assuming this is temporary, only for the winter event. So I have been buying a lot. I'll use some and hold on to the others to sell later. It's a long wait but what else I'm I going to spend all my inf on?
  20. A Kat/WP scrapper is good with just SO. Kat gives plus def and doesn't need a lot of investment, ie + recharge, to get a good attack chain. WP is a strong set and the +def Kat gives makes it better. If wanting soft capped def /SR can get there easily too and gives you a little bit of extra recharge.
  21. True, but with higher defenses less likely you will be mez. and with PA it is even less likely. I always like to keep break frees with me too. I moved some slots around on your build and made PA perma. Just took some slots out of Glue arrow, which IMO doesn't need many slots, and moved one to PA and the other to Hasten to get both to be perma. 22. I can't remember when it was buff but it was after willpower came out. I had a WP/WM tank I played a little then it got buff and well I still didn't play it. I might remake him now as a scrapper. He was a baseball player using the bat option. I think you're right people don't remember it being good and don't really look at the type of weapons you can use with it.
  23. ill/TA is my new favorite combo for a troller, right now. I don't know what it is it just fun. I have been working on a build for it too but can't seem to get everything I want. I want perma PA with soft cap S/L/E and R. Is that too much to ask for? Anyways I got the soft capped to S/L/E and R but PA is down for 10 second which is too long IMO. With the Alpha slot I can get close but I would rather not relay on that. Anyways here is my build I'm working on. Maybe it can give you some ideals and we both get what we want. 24. I'm making about 120 million a day but I spend maybe 15 minutes a day. I sell most of my stuff for 1-3 million, some do sell for more. I could make more but I'm making enough to fund all my builds.
