I can't remember where I saw the original build for this, so if you see something here and say "Waaaaaait a minute here!" I apologize for yoinking 90% of your build. Originally this build had Aid Self in it cranked with preventative medicine. Instead of using that, I'll use the Heal Incarnate, and I thought I'd spread the slots to other powers like Stamina, Phalanx Fighting, Grant Cover, and Fireball to round out regeneration bonuses and a knockdown on Fireball with other sets. I wanted to share the build for critiquing. Going for a high damage solo/team build here. I welcome all thoughts. tidge Posted March 5, 2021 Share Posted March 5, 2021 (edited) I would defer to @Bopper but I think you will get more mileage from replacing the (second) Numina's Healing piece (in Health) with a single Power Transfer %Heal in (Stamina)... unless that piece is already hiding somewhere in the build. Thank you, I overlooked the Heal enhancement. So that will increase the 40% regeneration by 42.4% and it will grant 12% regeneration from the set bonus. In total, this is a ~29% regeneration increase. For a Scrapper, the range of equivalent regeneration from a PT proc is 33% (at capped HP) to 60% (at base HP). So in all cases, the PT proc would be better. One of the things I love about war mace is how self contained it is. Great single target and great aoe without having to go looking for other powers elsewhere. With shield you get another bonus aoe anyway. This is such an end heavy combo I'd need serious persuasion to not take body mastery. Oh, I've just seen you haven't taken crowd control. It was mostly for concept anyways but I do recognize that concept means diddly when you're face down because you go toggled and dropped. So 5 slots up for grabs in a new Pool eh? I'd remove the second slots from Phalanx Fighting and Grant Cover and put them elsewhere (judging from above throw them in Crowd Control) If you 5 slot Crowd Control with Overwhelming Force, you get 1.25% range and you free up two more slots since you don't need Blessing of the Zephyr Also could leave BotZ as is and 5 slot Obliteration in Crowd Control for 5% more recharge 2. Slot Active Defense with a Recharge IO, you want that thing to be close to double stacked. 3. Remove the Miracle: Heal from Physical Perfection and slot a Glad Armor: Res in True Grit. McOz Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 Updated the build slightly as the 6 slotted boxing was irritating me. I dropped Super Jump and added in Laser Bean Eyes for nailing runners in the back of the noggin. I moved the slots from Boxing to LBE, using Thunderstike to keep the ranged defense above soft cap (Assuming boxing was a mule for ranged def and not part of the attack chain).
