Just a suggestion to streamline the Portal Jockey accolade...

So far the Maria Jenkins mission gets you all the villains you need but Siege and Anti-matter, well sometimes you get lucky and get Siege instead of doing infernal twice.

So I would love to see were you get Siege as the normal line-up and not do Infernal twice. And then add a mission that has Anti-matter, for great convenience to the player pursuing the accolade

Its only a suggestion to reduce tedium, and not have to depend on itrials or do and entirely super long thread just to get antimatter, I agree these are work arounds, but would be nice, if not forced into them

It could be made easier sure, but it's already consistent.

If you go to Ouro and do "A Hero's Hero" you get 13/14 AVs and the Shrouded badge, this includes Seige very early on (2nd or 3rd mish).  You can get the other explore badge from clicking 2 glowies in the 1st mission of "To Save a Thousand Worlds."  This total activity should take a max of 90 minutes, closer to 60 minutes.

After this, all that's left is Anti-Matter.  The other Ouro arc "The Instant Army" ends with the Neuron/AM mission and takes almost exactly 30 minutes every time.  You can avoid doing I-trials for all of it.

Just a minor correction,  Maria will always give the Siege mission,  it's just not part of the arc.

What this team needs is more Defenders

Yep. And you can abandon missions until you get the Siege one.   (Unless you get the arc, so usually it happens afterwards)

I don't find the Tina arc very bothersome to do, but if this change happened, no objection.

This is exactly what I do on every character.  Although I made the mistake of doing the original Tina MacIntyre "The Praetorian War" story arc just for a change of pace once.  Once.

which missed the point of having to do a long threat for Antimatter sweetie

Agreed.  Put Siege in one of those activate 5 portal devices maps.  Put Antimatter in that one mission where you just speed to the room to activate a terminal to get info.  Simple.

He is already in the Take Down The WarWorks mission from the same contact.

I find this so interesting.
I don't think it's that much the OP is asking for.

There's a fair number of folks who have getting those 4 passive accolades down to a science. I myself, have multiple characters on multiple accounts with Siege/AM and Multi-Dimensional/Shrouded, or some combination thereof. I have the process of getting the accolades down to a routine.

All the OP is asking for is to streamline the process. If you get yourself on an ITF and outlevel Tina Mac, you have to do her thing through Ouro. Doing a longer story arc through Ouro can be problematic because you miss opportunities. You can't just stop. You have to quit. And then start over later.

We have so many options to get this stuff done - that is true. But it makes far more sense to have everything in one tidy arc.

It doesn't matter that it's "easy enough" to do the way we already do it. It doesn't matter that it's all available with this method or that. The suggestion is simple, and likely super easy to implement. The only question is whether there's a willingness to install it by the HC dev team.

You're right in that it is all up to the devs. However, while there are still multiple badges with excessive requirements to get, Portal Jockey isn't one of them. And the OP feels like a request to take away any effort in getting badges. Which were given to us as rewards for that effort. (At the least, to make the badges near automatic. Especially in the case of Portal Jockey where we already get most of the requirements from a single contact despite multiple contacts for different reasons sending us to different realities. May as well just rename the badge the I Did A Story Arc From Maria Jenkins instead if the OP is implemented.) (Edit: And while we're at it, remove the tracker from Null the Gull. Who needs him to track something we would now get automatically doing a single story arc?)

Edit again: And as far as the "missed opportunities" go? Players can turn off xp before joining or during any TF if they don't want to out-level current contacts. And if a player is doing a Flashback arc for missed objectives for a badge? They can always ask themselves what is more important to them: A TF that is probably launching every 10 minutes so they can just join the next one, or that missed objective they can grab in their Ouroboros run and then abandon the arc if desired after getting the missed objective.

an alternative that would also be a solid money sink is to have the hp/end accolades be available from the start vendor.  colored differently and no badge and does not stack.

"The Instant Army" isn't long sweetie, it's a half-hour and when done through Ouro it will give everyone Reward Merits like a TF.  It's basically a slightly longer Penelope Yin TF.

Also, a new or updated Task Force that's similar to Moonfire's for getting Silver Bullet and Slayer, but filled with Fake Nemesis would be nice to have for getting the Unveiler badge.

Those are War Hulks if you are referring to the final mission of that arc.

First mission of the arc (Save City Hall) is an Atlas Park map filled with Nemesis. Set to x8, there are 25-30 Fakes. Defeat all the Fakes, quit and reset the mission. Four runs and you've got the badge. People recruit for this on LFG all the time.

May I suggest a friendly amendment:

I think regarding Siege it would be sufficient if Maria was coded to always give the Siege mission first instead of the Infernal stand alone mission.  Infernal is already in the story arc.

Regarding Anti-Matter, I really, really think it would be better if Tina McIntyre had a 10 level range from 40-50.   She's a pretty unique contact in that level range in that her main story arc has to do with the threat of the Praetorians just like Maria.  There's also a precedent because the RWZ story arcs can be done from 35 onwards.   To be honest, I think that Portal Jockey is already a pretty easy accolade to get and don't think it's a big problem that you have to do two story arcs to get Dimensional Warder.  I don't have a problem with the OP suggestion exactly, but I think the biggest problem is the outleveling of Tina's arc.

Ouroborous exists?  Is that not the standard fix for any and all outlevelling of story arcs?

Otherwise well, you don't HAVE to power level to 50 and build up your incarnate powers.  You can always use "No Xp".

But if you gotta gotta get to 50 fast, well, Flashbacks exist.

I would not be opposed either, but knowing HC (and probably would shake out that way in beta) it would probably cost a shit ton of inf.

EDIT: Hmmmm, having all the accolades accessible via START for crazy amounts of inf (minimum 800 million to 1 billion) would be another great inf sink.
