  1. Well, assuming the seeded at 10,000 are the 10,000,000 ones, that currently leaves 5109, you could in theory buy up everything at 9,999 for less than 52 million. Which isn't much for a lot of people. A bit of clicking is the real cost IMO.
  2. Sometimes it's the principle, but really all it does is make it more difficult for newer players that haven't built up a stash
  3. Not a difficult thing to program a script to modify the costume files, but I like Naomi's suggestion Looks like Scale for height For the body scales: BoneScale, ChestScale, HipScale, LegScale, ShoulderScale, WaistScale Head scales: BrowScales, CheekScales, ChinScales, CraniumScales, HeadScales, JawScales, NoseScales
  4. Used to play on live, a friend's son told us about the Score server, though we didn't get back involved until Homecoming.
  5. Not a bad idea. In the meantime (and probably a long time), the wiki is pretty good about identifying the stealth kill alls.
  6. Mine don't look as faded. Do all of them look like that, or just the ones that are right above those blue bar badges. I am noticing that my cheaper monitor shows less contrast than the monitor that I have calibrated for photo editing. So that's another idea.
  7. I think OG wanted a bit of clarity and others just chimed in with what they know to help out. Ignore the drama and just state the facts is the best reply method I find.
  8. I seem to do Flame Mastery (bonfire/char), Munitions (concepts usually), and Scorpion. A smattering of others with some concepts.
  9. Yea, I have yet to have more than "I might have handled it different" for some actions I've seen. (And the two chars I have had generic'd, no real issue with) We've got a good group of GMs and they handle it well.
  10. Yea, I play more than craft so I keep tossing yellows onto the AH, but haven't been able to get the price to start lowering. I did a sweep of characters recently and dropped probably a few thousand yellows. Drop in the bucket either way
  11. Oh, another bit they improved. If the mob dies, you still get your health or endurance. That took a lot of frustration away as well.
  12. There's a few missions like that where I'll pull the hostage group away to deal with and gather all the hostages on my route out later.
  13. Just speaking for myself, but October is really busy for me and this one has had additional stressors meaning I barely have the spoons to do anything taking brain power or any sort of real commitment. (Not that Hami takes much, just depends on timing on my part) I get all my chars the Aether badges and then I tend to fill in the rest of the event badges if I have ability. Which can take a lot of door clicking depending on RNG to finish the costume badges. And depending on how the tip drops. 34 complete at this point and six just need either banners or House of Kane which take the most planning time. I did run a team last night on Everlasting in PI, and just tossed a team together that managed to do all badges for it. Could have used a little more DPS since we were down to 4 minutes at the last banner defeat, but we did it. And what I didn't know that the hunt for the GM starts the clock up again. (20 minutes?)
  14. When Warwitch removed all the mission doors from deep within Perez, that was a huge improvement for character survival.
  15. You need to have someone at each banner to really make progress on making them vulnerable. I did a team of four that was able to finish the event, each one on a banner to make vulnerable, then coming together to defeat them serially
  16. Yep, it's entirely based on how much your team does and doesn't matter if you are doing it. It is more hit'n'miss with the ToT leagues in PI since often a lot of the league sticks to the motel. Most successful runs have been when there's incan to each of the banners once vulnerable, and then to the GM. Best way if you have three to seven friends with decent builds to just jump into one of the lesser used zones and just do the banners yourself.
  17. Maria is so disappointed in them
  18. Anyone remember the first time doing Maria Jenkins' first mission and found out the demons were not vulnerable to fire based attacks? I'm not even sure if they could even be hurt at this point, I just remember the first time doing the mission with my fire blaster and noting I couldn't do much. (I think? It's been years)
  19. I don't tend to sell my PAs, but I have a bunch of new test characters that may be rerolled after the event is over.
  20. That's actually why I started that policy. Some office mission on live, my first character, a fire blaster got ganked by some DE that was caught in the wall behind an office plant.
  21. Oh, and on the call back to when Emp Merits no longer could be converted. During that discussion, one of the GMs mentioned that the asteroid map in AE generated some high percentage of all influence that players generated. (80%?) I'm not sure if that included the Emp->reward->influence chain.
  22. Not sure how to work them into influence burn, but some use for prestige would be interesting. I think a prestige building system that would just generate via play and decay over time and just show how active a SG is. 1 prestige per time unit of logged in and prestige awarded per enemy defeated, mission completed. I'd probably not count time when on a TF, Ouro Arc, sitting in base, or AE. However, the final reward from TF & Flashbacks would count more. (Just to keep people from having a bunch of placeholder NPCs counting more than I feel they should, ymmv) AE completion should probably still count for something. Worth implementing? probably not.
  23. Oh, not much comes to mind, like the Arcs that you finish and get rewards and sometimes I'll think "Huh, that seemed low" like Bocor. Not enough to document currently. I think there are a few that seem more than expected, but again haven't documented. MSR raids give a bit less than they used to and frankly, I find them incredibly boring. I tend to run a character thru them once in order to easily get the vanguard sack and the exploration badge. Hamis are profitable for little effort for the average player, but you do need people who are putting in effort for them to be so.
  24. None of my bases have plants in them. Darn DE spies.
