Oh, not much comes to mind, like the Arcs that you finish and get rewards and sometimes I'll think "Huh, that seemed low" like Bocor. Not enough to document currently. I think there are a few that seem more than expected, but again haven't documented. MSR raids give a bit less than they used to and frankly, I find them incredibly boring. I tend to run a character thru them once in order to easily get the vanguard sack and the exploration badge. Hamis are profitable for little effort for the average player, but you do need people who are putting in effort for them to be so.

None of my bases have plants in them. Darn DE spies.

Current state of influence generation is fine at level 50. Prior to level 50, even if you don't run 2xp, the inf gain is pretty low, but running the market on cheap to build items can be more profitable. It's tough to get that first character established, but once you have, influence no longer is that big of a deal to generate. If you constantly get chars up to 50, fully equip them, and then move on before having them generate, you'll probably feel short on cash. I certainly have way more inf stocked up than I ever did on live. Reward Merits: I think some activities reward a bit too many, but for the most part there are a lot that are under valued. Incarnate Shards: Gotten rid of and any place that rewards Shard salvage should be changed to a thread based. Emp Merits: I prefer the non-exchange to reward rather than a couple of the other proposals. I do enough alts that I can always use a few more. I also didn't do much converting, so I didn't rely on it, probably would have been more bent out of shape otherwise. Prismatics: I think a lot of the costumes are overpriced. I'd put the top price maybe at 250, and stuff like the mini at 100. Frankly this was one of the reasons I trimmed a lot of my alts since I was going OCD on PA earning over Halloween last year. I do agree there should be a different way to earn them, if just for non-50s to be able to get PAs from WST.

I always think of Sally being invulnerable, just doesn't want to deal with people.

You're not contributing when all you are doing is killing off mobs that other people are generating. I've run a few characters thru PI on everlasting and when you are not hovering around with your robots, my characters get the five Prismatic Aether badges quickly. When you are, not so fast. That and running group fly & a repel field is a tad annoying. Now if you were being active and helping anchor during GM hunts to the motel with incan and taking part in inane chatter, maybe. Nor are you providing a level 50 to lead a team which is almost always handy. You can be a bit hands off while doing that, it does require a bit of attention, but just enough to invite people and incan when needed when the league isn't overflowing. Now, if there was a good way to really tell who was AFK when in AE/TF/FB mode in this sort of situation, they could be ported down to the Talos border and zoned out.

Yea, they're probably just mistaken. I don't recall any ambushes, but the side rooms were almost always cleared because Keystone(?) was usually in one. Plus, you want to clear because then you can have a sledding session. There's a bunch of places where things have changed, but people are still locked into an old idea. There's also a few behaviors that people insist are the one true way, but tend to fit into the "not really, but doing it that way doesn't cause an issue"

Purchase Free Costume Change with Halloween Salvage
lemming replied to gameboy1234's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I believe the limit is already there, but I may be conflating that with respecs. Just checked, the max is not 15 (which is the respec number iirc) Just got to 16 in testing. -
Purchase Free Costume Change with Halloween Salvage

Halloween event, you zip past level 10 in nothing flat, so if you don't do the costumes before, then you're stuck with using the horde of tokens. Happens often even without Halloween. -
And yes @SuggestorK is correct. x2 XP will zero out the influence award

Purchase Free Costume Change with Halloween Salvage

You do get a free tailor session every ten levels. And you can get any of the costumes awarded by knocking on doors by exchanging Halloween salvage. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Annah Now, perhaps the Halloween Salvage could also be used to buy additional tailor tokens. Between levels, vet levels, and tokens granted via super packs, I'm swimming in them, but others might want those. -
Ah! Good catch! Though I would think it should be done like selling on the AH, etc... for inf gain, I bet that is it, will test it out later.

Followup: Had a level 50 go to the end and do a little work. Badge & influence gotten. Other chars before were level 25 & 26

And it's counterpart Sell it do not award the 100,000 inf. The characters I just noticed this with didn't move from the entrance of the mission and this was their first choice. Honestly, the only reason I noticed was because these characters didn't have much inf. Badges and the other rewards seem to be awarded fine.

It's another high variable. Heck, last night a friend and I both were PLing a couple characters. I had started a little earlier and was up at level 7 when he was level 1. He hit level 30 before I hit level 25. My char did get all the costume badges though where an earlier character had to spend 30 minutes getting the last five costumes. RNG is a fickle god.

Went thru 20 characters and when I'd check to see pregress, it was pretty random which mob I'd need more of by that point. Though once I had four of them done, but still needed four more Hollow Reapers which was my least even progress.

Seeing 'Stars' on tells received in chat
lemming replied to Andreah's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
The star is assigned to the global name. You do have the character name attached that was when you assigned a star or did any note editing. Each line in playernotes.txt is formatted "Global Name" "0-5 stars" "Character One Name, Character Two Name, etc..." "My note about this global person" -
Whoa! Taylor! And I thought @Spaghetti Bettywas exaggerating.

Movement - 4/5 5 when I'm not lagging, 1 when I am. Leading task forces/raids - For some, I have a 5, some I have 1, but 3 for most. Character builds - 3/5 Most of the builds I put together are fairly solid, but I don't tend to build for max anything. Badging - 5/5 Most badges I can get if I bother. It's getting to the "do I feel like this one?" I only have one that is a badger, but I get the stat accolades barely looking at any guide/tools now. Key binds - 0/5 I have to look up anything to do anything. I'm OK with popmenu construction after reading ATC's examples. In-game knowledge - I can remember the NPC you meet in one mission that is then never referenced again, but can't remember what to get from the grocery without a list in hand. I also remember some stuff that is now different, so that's always tripping me up.

Was a mission on I think Tina's arc and yes, very hard to finish in time. I think it was click on several blinkies, etc... Hated that thing, but they changed it (I think while still live)

I'm trying to remember what happens when you get a dupe global in that. May have to test that -
Not that this helps since you've quit @Solarverse, but despite your stridency, your posts have value. Translating tone is a bit difficult since not everyone writes well enough to convey intent, so my way of dealing with it is to try to strip any emotional intent I may put into it that the author may not have meant. With little emoticons, there's always a chance they hit the wrong one, though there do seem to be some people who will disagree with something you said, then hit a bunch of recent posts and serially thumb them. (which seems silly to me) Anyway, take care.
