  1. It's another set of ATs I've tried to like, but haven't done as much with. With some of the redraw changes I think Soldiers get, I might have to try again. I always preferred Widows over Soldiers though. That's not to say they aren't strong ATs and make great teammates.
  2. Ok, here's another data point. [20:19] You start Sniper Blast. [20:19] You activated the Sniper Blast power. [20:19] HIT Infantry! Your Sniper Blast power had a 95.00% chance to hit, you rolled a 55.97. [20:19] You hit Infantry with your Apocalypse: Chance for Negative Energy Damage for 107.08 points of Negative Energy damage. The main damage did not take effect, but the proc from Apocalypse happened. Though with this, we got the HIT dialogue. So not sure if this is the exact same bug, but my theory is if the proc didn't happen, we would not have gotten the HIT and agro.
  3. Correct about the badge. To get them to merge, they need to be from the same group and one needs to be knocked down in health a bit though getting them both very wounded works best
  4. Maybe without ED & a Fucrum, or a bunch of reds. It was definitely less balanced back then. It was also boring as hell once you did it once or twice Plus the game had more bugs.
  5. On no level shift; just applies to the incarnate content Destiny; Completely neutralizes Incan, though I guess the "safe" zone would still happen? Easier possibly to code, just no Incarnate outside of incarnate content.

  7. I worked the santa cruz boardwalk and there was a definite pecking order on who who have to hose off the rides after an incident. (I was a cashier so avoided that)

  9. One note on Super Stunner, a melee can get the final blow in, but they'll need to be moving away as it hits. So jousting style works. Rest of the complaint about teams not cleaning their plates, valid.

  11. I believe so. the command "cc X" will change your costume to that. So something like "cc 5$$<insert power exec location PA>$$cc 0" though that will require you to hit the key a few times iirc. (Someone else with actual macro knowledge needed 😉 )
  12. The other look is a mirror of what your character costume is on cast. (No Prismatice Aether costumes though) So what you can do is have a costume slot with your desired Phantom Look, change to that on cast, then change your look back to desired, but the army keeps the look from when cast.
  13. I have a Claws/WP scrapper that works pretty well though just running on generic IOs. I settled more on a Dual/WP Scrapper and as long as I watch for debuffs, she's pretty unstoppable. Claws is one of the more fun melee sets and WP is great for being low maintenance.
  14. You mean when you go get her from SERAPH in the middle of her plea deal during the Buzzsaw arc. You'd have to rewrite some of the beginning of that arc then. You're not getting her from prison, but from the consequences from the Watkins arc. I think it might be easier to find someone else than needing to insert some changes into a fairly recently written arc.
  15. One problem is you have Dr Pierce in there causing her to be arrested before Watkin's arc, where she is uncovered as Vahzilok and arrested at the end of it. Which is what sets her up for the Buzzsaw arc.
  16. I keep trying, but have never gotten a build I enjoy playing. Though I should get my warshade that bonded with an Elvis Impersonator at least playable

  18. Fire Breath is almost always taken inertial reduction is an always since I normally don't bother with a travel pool with my kinetics. (Maybe tp target) If you have enough recharge in your rez, you don't need defense. 😉 (normally this is for my blasters, melee tend to actually be tough enough to not need rez) With the change to repulsion field toggles, their a bit more interesting. I find PFF handy Of course, I think the characters in regards to this, most don't have the fighting pool. Granted, I tend to go with the fighting pool for my agro magnets and manuevers with my other chars since that tends to help the actual agro magnets.

I think a lot of builds use the Tough & Weave powers for slotting the individual IOs, so what wse really should have is have a couple six slot inherent powers called "Inherent Resist and Defense" that would allow you to put those special IOs like Gladiator Armor TP Protect/Def. They wouldn't have any real base to enhance. #notserious
  20. Not repeatable on command, since it's not quite range or movement involved. May even have to do with the devices secondary.
  21. Maximum of three logged into one shard if the player count is below 1500. No actual limit on accounts. Nuances to be seen the Code of Conduct.

  23. Nope. So, it might have something to do with range, but don't think so. At 165' able to fire it off and it does the nothing happens. Right after recharge, works great. No moving of either party between firing. Just did a few more firings and haven't gotten it to happen again and on the complete edge of range. (167')
  24. Most of my built up scrappers can solo quite a bit of +4/x8 content. Really depends on the debuffs for the most part. You need to be a bit more dynamic in your play than with a tanker, or even a brute. (though I also have some blasters that can solo +4/x8, normally at a higher risk, but for them it's kill first usually) To Tank, the agro management tools are lacking, but if your scrapper can take the alpha while the rest of the team cleans quickly, it probably won't matter as much.
  25. I should have mentioned. Straight line to them and everything and the target was not moving. Usually when the target winds up going behind something, the shot doesn't happen. This one is fully activated, goes to the target, and just fizzles.
