  1. On rewards, I found my fire blaster got the most bang for the buck in vmerits. Seems to be she just needs to do AOEs and hit as many targets as possible for best results.

Testing on one of my systems with fourth iteration and got this error File "texture_library/GUI/Icons/Enhancements/E_Icon_Assassin_s_Mark_ATO.texture" is misnamed, containing texture named "E_Icon_Assassin's_Mark_ATO"! E_Icon_Spider_s_Bite_ATO has the same issue. Which could be a function of my running via Linux, but it does look like if one downloads from your share as a zip, it helpfully puts the files into the zip changing any single quotes to an underbar. So easily fixed by changing the four files involved after placing, but might trip up other people. Once done, everything looks very good.

  5. I agree. And what KaizenSoze said is true. I've occasionally slipped into a non-full Raid and clicked a bomb without being on the raid. Since there are 18 bombs on the ship anyway. Though I think now, you get a bomb credit if a team member clicks one. Thank you whoever did that There's also a fairly nice suggestion for it at
  6. Awesome. Scouting it out now. Feedback: First Mission: Captain Dietrich got stuck on the first door and wouldn't go further. I managed to get her into the first elevator by just barely staying in her range and clicking on a elevator. (Don't know what you'd have to do to fix that) Minor typo: "... the processor core from from the facility leader." Safe clue didn't come up, just pointed toward bookshelf Second Mission: Why Down at level 41? I'd have them all set at the same level. 44 if you want no incarnates involved. Voot! Fuzionette doesn't follow you! Third Mission: Faultline doesn't attack until after I grabbed a Vangaurd HVAS as well. (Another, probably not your settings?) Ha! "Soloed" U'Kon Gr'al! My tank led him over to eight Vanguard who chewed him up Final Mission: Will need to finish later So far, looks good.
  7. Based on on old table, but at least we know for sure the Twin team is accurate. There's more that goes into the calculations of course, such as level differences. I'm sure it's way more complicated since the devs just went with the turning off XP, no extra inf. At least XP & Inf are easily measured. On drops, without looking at the code, we'd have to run a long series of tests. (I think a dev once broke down drop math, but would need to search for it) And while total is higher, it is then split up between. On the OP question: It seems to go a little quicker. I either run a claws/fire brute with a spines/fire brute, but I found running the spines/fire brute with a fire/spines tank worked a little better because the tank held more agro for the brute to kill. Two separate computers and I'd occasionally have the tank fire off stuff, but usually just on auto-burn.
  8. Note with two people in a farm, the total XP & Inf are increased by 25%, so when you do a mission and kill a mon solo and you get 4000 xp & 4000 inf. With two people, each char gets 2500 xp and 2500 inf. And this scales up with each additional character. (Somewhere, there is a chart) I'm not sure if chances of drops is modified, but iirc it is.
  9. It's odd that the islands are 20-50 miles off the coast of the US, but NW of Bermuda which is 700 miles off the coast.
  10. You might want to do a fresh install. Make a backup so you can get your costumes, popmenus, powercust, screenshots, etc... back if wanted, but a fresh install may clear up some gunk that may be causing you issues and eliminate variables so that we can diagnose easier.
  11. So a simple check would be to back out the vidiotmaps and use the game ones. If it has that issue, then yea, it's something for the devs to check into. (I'll check tomorrow night if no one else has by then) Do you remember if after you hit reveal if any other landmarks such as the badges and enemy locations were noted?

  15. I've often suspected the RNG to have odd streaks, but human bias probably. I did a similar calculation to figure how many rounds it would likely take to get the last ones my badger needed, and it was pretty close to the math heavy answer. I think I wound up needing two more rounds than the average result I had calculated.
  16. They don't go inactive. I can talk to them fine and even get a mission as a villain. That's the bug. It's not a huge issue since it's got an obvious work around
  17. I'd still classify it as a bug, or at least I'd argue the case. It's unexpected behavior from introducing a new feature. (Null) Would it prevent a release? no, but it would be on a fix schedule. It also seems to only be for blue side contacts that predate the alignment system. Contacts under 20 that were introduced after it seem to act correctly. And yes, you can run the missions as a rogue and get their phone number. Visit Null and go full villain and still call them from Redside and in the case of Genevieve, she'll put the mission in the zone you are in.
  18. My level 7 brute picked up some contacts while being blue, then switched over to being a Rogue and noted: Genevieve Sanders, Paula Dempsey, and Ron Hughes all will still talk to her. I did a quick check and saw that they would give me missions as well. If I switch all the way to Villain they are still active. I'll have to see if they will talk to me via phone while villain.
  19. Just started my own version (EM/Bio Brute). Did both Red/Blue up thru four, blue is done to 7, now to finish off red, then we'll bump up to 9. I had done a version into the 20s with a stalker, but I think I'll enjoy this a little more.
  20. So, going thru doing an every contact while leveling and noted you did it. Found that Rachel Torres gives missions at level 2, but does hold off on a few missions once you hit level 5. (Escort Missing Homeless, and beating up Lost in KR)

I'd say Performance Shifter +End winds up on all my chars, usually with the End Mod one in Stamina for the move bonus Often enough Miracle, Numina, Panacea, Preventive Medicine in various spots if I think about it. Overwhelming Force almost always gets six slotted somewhere for the KB _> knockdown, etc... ATs without KB protection get some form of KB defense. LotG gets thrown into areas where I feel like it. (often in 1 slot powers like stealth) I think I have one char that has five of them. I'm also in the Set Bonus over Procs camp.
  22. I have my own Fire/Temp, but went with Mace Mastery though I used to do Flame. (I miss Rise of the Phoenix) This definitely could use work, but is good enough to get thru most content. I only go into Melee range for Inferno now.   24. Yep. I have chars that are tuned to eat most content, but I have a bunch that have issues with +0/+0. The game CAN be very easy once you invest inf & time in a character, but let the casual players do their thing.
