Unless you've taken a hard hit recently to the head, your leadership is fine. I've been hanging out on Everlasting for the last year and while I think they are more consistent in getting "The Really Hard Way", I think there's a larger core of beefed out characters that are paying attention. iirc, the Excel iTrials were a little more adhoc with the schedule. On Everlasting, it may be more focused in that the Hami raid at 7pm EST happens, then there's a set TF or two, then with usual schedule iTrials of two or three. With a weekly schedule of sorts. Thought of one other thing: Everlasting tends to read chats a bit more due to all the RPG stuff? <Total theory, since I've run into the "I don't read chat" plenty of times> Either of those might contribute to it. I've seen the Magistereum fail more from knocking Cole down too fast now a bunch of times though.

I just don't get how Hover could be that disruptive. I'm guessing they had some other aura on that was the real issue and that they were hovering where you were looking. One thing I've learned over the years is to move my camera around, that little distance can help. There's also an option for turning a lot of effects off close in, but haven't had the issue myself, but might be worth looking into.

Just wanted to note that your suggestions are better aligned than most I've seen since you referenced all the various spots. I'm not sure I'm fully on board with everything you suggested, but I wouldn't mind it. 😉 One way I keep things sort of straight in my own head canon, especially for my badger, is that my character is aware that time shenanigans exist and that the various badges and experiences are from how splintered the timeline is.

Part of it is because a lot of Issue 24 covered this which wasn't released live. If the game hadn't gone under, there probably would have been more resolution to the events.

Is this still the case with the GM buffs? On the multibox stuff, yea, I only multibox with my own missions, sometimes with a couple friends. With PUGS, never unless asked to.

Ok, checked running B1, R1, B1 B1 & R1 both gave the option of getting 4x merits and running B1 the second time did not. So I think what is happening the redside arc (at least the first one) is setting a flag, but all the other arcs still check for that flag.

When doing the Mr. G arc, there are Arachnos talking about how both Scirocco and Ice Mistral act different since coming back from DA.

Noticed some inconsistency with the Pandora's Arc reward table depending if you ran red or blue side versions Steps I took: Ran Blue side Pandora's Arc stories 1-4 choosing 4x merit rewards each time. I didn't do #5 since I had done it with the characters already. Switched to Rogue and started the Red Side version. I'm not positive and will need to rerun it to check, but I think I got the 4x merit reward on the first arc. Arc 2-5 all told me that I hadn't fulfilled the time requirement and was not able to choose the 4x merit reward. (Pre-shutdown behavior) For the heck of it, I ran the Blue side Arc 1, and it also gave me the seven day timer result. However, if you haven't done the red side, you can run Blue side over and over with the 4x merit reward available. I'm guessing that some flag is set when running the red and that both sides still check. And for a related suggestion: Fort Trident is still in the pond entrance instead of moved over to the new location in Wavelength's arc (Blue #1)

One way to see what arcs have been added by HC is to go to an Ouro crystal with a level 50 and peruse all the post-24 arcs in each level range

Ok, Pandora's Box first Arc, you can just keep repeating the blue side version for 20 merits. 15 min if you are efficient, but not rushing. Heck, I think most of it is waiting on cut scenes... Off to a bug report... Another merit farm that is available during Halloween is the GM hunt since the GMs spawn right after one is taken down and with Incan, it can be pretty lucrative.

Sounds like an AE arc. You could make a couple stories based on this and make the AE file available and people can self insert their downed character. The rest can just be RPG stuff for interested parties

There are plenty of ways to earn more Emp merits, definitely not finite. iTrials and incarnate arcs. I'm not against breaking down unwanted incarnate powers, though in my case, it's that I accidentally made a T1 when I had both t4 powers.

He is just wanting a more torturous path and he likes Skulls. Here's your path then temnix: 1) Do Skull arcs which you can pickup early on as early as level 5 in KR. 2) Get to level 15 and make sure to pick up an Ouro portal 3) Just do Skull content via the Ouro crystal

Placeholder for SSAs. I don't think the restriction is in place as it was in live, but I did run into a bit of it on the red side version of Pandora. I have a couple tests to run later today Alright, at least if you run Pandora 1-4 Blue, then Red 1-5. Blue 1-4, 20 merits each, but when you do the red, the 4x option is not available. Going back to Blue 1, you don't. Mext test will be running Blue 1 twice in a row. (about 15 min each)

I've been playing thru these and in Part 3, when you attack Talos Island, you fight Twinshot, Dillo, and Grym. I was running at 50 +2 difficulty. They showed up at 46 & 47. Luminary. Penny, & regular mobs were as expected at level 52.

90% chance of not getting it, so 90%^73 is about 0.05% I suspect that the chance is a bit lower. Maybe 10% of 10% which would give you an 8% chance of a drop after 73 tries. And I assume 73 tries with different characters, since there hasn't been 73*18 hours since the patch. ~42

The very first response gave you an idea on how. It's going to be something you're going to have to figure out, since some of your complaints, other people like. And you are complaining about 12-19 year old story setups to people that didn't write them.
