Was showing someone this sort of thing less than a day ago on a WP Tank. And for the people calling the S/L boost "superfluous". Please note that if this is an anecdotal argument. Simply because this applies to YOUR particular top-end build doesn't mean your experience is "The Norm".

Honestly, I'd prefer to crank Defense and Resist, rather than simply relying on HP. This starts out, at its baseline, harder to hurt than your build. And basically scales up to "Where'd this super-speed Granite Tank come from?" when playing "Let's Get Dangerous!"

And, with some of the upcoming changes, endurance issues are going to become a memory in most builds.

Well, I had to go back to NVSurround because trying to full-"screen" windows was insanity. And the taskbar in Win11 is ALMOST as stable as a pissed off Chuck Manson on an acid trip to Hell. And I spent the money for Start11. Hopefully it'll leave me with a working implementation.

Agreed. If you're rocking something like the build I demonstrated, playing on a team with a couple instances of Maneuvers or another bubbler is going to make you absolutely godlike. It'll be like Numenor and the Undying Lands in Middle Earth. You may not QUITE be a Tanker. But you'll be able to sail in fairly close and see it.

As a Resist-centric tank, it can be as durable as any other combination. As for damage output for farming? I'm not one of the people who pays that much attention to the subject.

Gonna slightly differ on the necessity of Tough. Sure, you can soft-cap Defense. What happens to you when something hits you ANYWAY or can reliably bypass your defense? *SPLAT!* Also If you're not using it KICK >>> Boxing!

I've said it before. I'll say it now. And will say it again in the future. Unstop is the prototype for [Self Destruct]. It's a delayed suicide button and an utter waste of a power pick for a tank built this tough. Anything that's slaughtering you through incarnate-capped Defense and 75+% E/N and and 83+% F/C RESIST is still going to slaughter you at 90% Resists. You may just get another few seconds out of it. As to specific slotting for those "leftover" powers, knock yourself out. From an overall perspective, the changes you're suggesting are have essentially no impact on damage mitigation.

The only thing I had to be grateful for was that I hadn't dropped REAL cash on a Threadripper or EPYC setup... And you may be thinking "Window Blinds"? Maybe?

Note: Reloaded with my RTX 3070Ti FE. (I have the BEST friends! One of them even works at NVIDIA. And deliberately made the mistake of going Win11. I'm starting to see LOTS of clients with new rigs with Win11 preloads on them. And I was starting to have trouble finding stuff. The interface is a mess. You have to REGEDIT to move the taskbar! And it breaks the Quickview when you do! Also, no Task Manager in a menu off the taskbar anymore! WHO THOUGHT THAT WAS SMART? So I pinned Task Manager to the Taskbar instead. I swear, if we research these programmer's family history, it'll be a straight line...and their parents will have been brothers... And NVSurround. It's kinda a mess on Win10. It's a frackin' JOKE on WIn11. But I have to deal with whibbly Windows taskbar. Because the full-screen functions, instead of the "No NVSurround" "snap to screen" full-screen is invaluable to me.
