    For all that Ice Mastery is, it's certainly a unique ancillary powerset. No holds persay, aside from the AoE Sleep that you can squeeze some Fortunata purples out of if you are chasing set bonuses. The real stars IMO are the shield and the heal, especially for the 1606 HP crowd like Defenders and Corruptors.

    The Build Up is terribly fun and the Ice Elemental can become quite tanky which is useful when soloing against AVs. The shield can slot both res or def set IOs and Hoarfrost will get you a pocket self heal.

    I'm in! I've been thinking of taking a break from the Weekly Indomitable Badge Run event that I've been running on Saturday during the same time slot, so this works perfectly! I'm either going to bring a Fire Melee/Fire Armor Scrapper or TBD...

    It's not impossible. Log out on the exterior side wall with the snake hole in the ground and when you log back in you'll be inside the Prison. Then just click the snake hole to leave.

    Consider not doing that and instead try something else that changes the outcome. Your stated strategies are synonymous with running in to a brick wall repeatedly and expecting to some how not be concussed. For the love of all that read your threads, please just do ANYTHING differently. At least Snarky makes us laugh with their PUG stories!

    With this change, the Flight Power Pool would have three powers that make the player Fly. Hover, Fly, Group Fly. How? With the way this is written, I could keep opening and closing another player's popup tray and they would have to move out of range, which you want to increase. This already occurs. Group Fly passengers can move more than 60ft away from the Group Fly player and they have 10 seconds.

    After going down the same road you're heading, I can tell you personally that there is no destination where the OP will engage in good faith discussion. You can post actual data, free from bias and they will ignore it. You can provide them with strategies or mechanics that will completely alleviate their problems - they will ignore them. You can offer to team with them so you can show them in game and they will ignore it.

    Not bad, but I would've like to have seen a "42" in there some where. Maybe something about Dolphins or an intergalactic highway (Kheldian-types need roads?). Then again, at least you didn't ask a Vogon to read poetry. But seriously, thank you for assembling the popup menu!
