  1. Looking back, badges were first introduced with Issue 2, which came out in September of 2004. So it was some time between then and when City of Villains came out in October of 2005.
  2. Big thanks to darkbladed, I'll be uploading these to the HC wiki for posterity. @Greycat I know you're a fan of these sorts of things. Atlas Medallion Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member Portal Jockey Vanguard Medal Crey Immobilizer Pistol
  3. AM originally had a green accolade auto power icon, FPRM had a pink one, and PJ was blue if memory serves me right.
  4. I still prefer the original accolade auto power colors for Portal Jockey, Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member, and the Atlas Medallion.
  5. Put a merit vendor machine inside of a slot machine in your base and you've accomplished this request. Will still cost reward merits for each reward roll.
  6. That TDP increase of only 100 watts for the huge boost to the CPU's turbo max and x4 cores/threads is awesome. I'm still getting by with my 8700k, but I've been holding out for a GPU that's affordable and makes substantial improvements over my 1080.
  7. There's such thing as direct messages as well. 10 of the 11 pages on my thread are three people talking to eachother exclusively. The movie isn't even out yet, I'm surprised how much there is to write about considering.
  8. At this point I don't think anyone would question who has the most badges 😅
  9. Wonder if the CPU will result in more performance in CoH. Isn't the game reliant on single core performance and memory speeds?
  10. Looks like they cast Galactus as the sky beam in this one.
  11. Better yet, who is the update????
  12. Something in store for Kallisti Wharf... 🧐
  13. I'm not sure how that changes what I wrote. If this is just an RP concept, I misread the original post. If you're trying to figure out whether a player can passively heal incoming spike damage enough to change the outcome of a fight, the closest that can be achieved is with Regeneration - and if you are focused on a Sentinel, then Electric Blast/Regeneration Sentinels have ample opportunity to slot +Chance for Self Heal procs in attacks. What I was trying to convey in my response is that damage output is the most important component of defeating an opponent. If a player can't out damage their opponent, their path to victory is incredibly unlikely.
  14. If you're healing incoming damage and not outputing any in return, there's no chance of beating your opponent in a 1v1.
  15. Start an Ouroboros mission then go to the spot in St. Martial to afk.
  16. Yeah who is @Arcanum... I mean Derek? 😁
  17. And they spawned Giant Monster versions of players doppelgangers. Wild stuff.
