To be fair, the majority of the hated maps stated in this thread were designed for a time when players didn't use travel powers in doors due to the significant endurance cost. Players moved a lot slower, with no inherent Fitness and teams moved slower because the damage meta wasn't as pronounced then either. Players actually had to use Rest between large mobs to get their health and endurance back, even up to the Level 30s. They were also designed using duplicates of floors with similar designs because it was faster for the development team to pump out generic maps instead of unique ones like Frostfire's map.

I've always been a fan of Bitter Freeze Ray, especially in the absence of an Epic Hold like Char or Dominate. Your build is covering single target, cone, and TAoEs quiet well and based on your slotting, you're going to be hitting +4s of all ranks very consistently thanks to the high Acc in your powers. If you're looking to squeeze more damage from procs out of your build, Ice Blast is the poster child for it - particularly Freeze Ray, Bitter Ice Blast, and Bitter Freeze Ray.

Buffed potency of the Colossal HP buff from 15% MaxHP per stack to 25%. Is this specific to any or all GMs? Kinda odd to see it added as a build 4 unless I missed something.

So are Brutes good this round? I read through three pages of comments in this thread about Tankers and I'm not seeing how this relates to Brutes.

If memory serves me right, when I did this there was a ballooning of contacts (and missions) once I got to the 30-35 level range. Good work on your journey and hopefully you're still finding enjoyment!
