  1. About time to see another thread about this.
  2. Yes, this was my suggestion.
  3. I can see the zone names just fine when I hover over them - I'm saying I can't read the text that is written on the map in red handwriting. It's resolution is too low - notice the difference between the two images in my original post.
  4. Noticed that Division 5 and Division 6 have no entries on the spreadsheet, so I wanted to throw my lot in for fun. This entry can apply to both, as I combined the rulesets for both. Division 5: No temps or incarnates that provide anything but defense, resistance and hp, this includes no endurance tools Division 6: All powers obtained from sources other than leveling up are banned. Run Type: Pylon Time Archetype: Corruptor Primary Powerset: Ice Blast Secondary Powerset: Cold Domination Time in seconds: 158 seconds (2 minutes, 38 seconds) Burst: Not burst, took over two minutes! Hybrid: No, I used the 4-star LGTF with inspirations and incarnates disabled (see icon in top right corner of screenshot) Number of Runs: 1 Version: 1 Video Link: N/A Notes: No accolades were used, but I'm not sure how to verify that beyond me saying so. They aren't on cooldown at least in the screenshot. Build: Corruptor (Ice Blast - Cold Domination) - Glacier Peak.mbd
  5. I mean, look at this beauty - Villains deserve the same quality:
  6. The Rogue Isles map in game needs updated so it is legible what is written on it. Current in game map: Physical map provided with the game at launch of CoV: I just want to be able to click my map tab and open the city map to see legible text. I don't need the sticky note, highlighter, or Siren's Call piece if that makes it easier to upload in game.
  7. @Burnt Umber @FrauleinMental @Midnyte For those of you who want to make the Worthy Opponent Indom Badge Run easier and have time/inf on their hands, I recommend doing the following: Change Alignment to Vigilante so that you get Positron when you use the Ranged Signature Summon Base Empowerment Temp powers have a 90-minute timer, I recommend the +recharge time The S.T.A.R.T. vendor offers three types of 2-hour long Amplifier temporary powers - buy them before the TF starts (or if you have them in your Character Items, use them as needed). Also pick up Envenomed Daggers to help with the -regen and Back Up Radio for additional dmg from pet. Speaking of Pet, snag either the Tank or the Ranged Signature Summon from the S.T.A.R.T. vendor Grab a Shivan Shard temporary power from Bloody Bay Warburg Nukes! Optional but nice to have in final mission Build Snowbeast: optional but can be useful That said, we still have room for about three more players if anyone still wants to sign up for Sunday. If not, I will recruit once in-game on Sunday.
  8. Well said. Quoted for truth!
  9. 360,000 damage received per hour is on the low side of other alternatives offered in the already numerous 'Immortal Badge' threads (2 million damage received per hour for example is pretty common and can go higher with more setup). The flip side though is that is sounds pretty easy to set up and you get progress towards other badges.
  10. Tremendous resource to the community which I use nearly daily. I wouldn't have much fun without all your efforts, thanks!
  11. There's already a flight travel power that only affects self and it's called Fly. If Group Fly only affected self by default, it should be renamed to "Consent to Group Fly" so as not to confuse the player base. Or change to... Socially Awkward Fly Nobody Wants to Fly Fly, but turned off by default Fly... my god that endurance saved by not having to carry all these other players! Speaking of such nonsense, does knockback convert it's affect to knockdown if the target is flying? If so, does the time being "knocked" change any?
  12. It takes 10-20 seconds to reach Level 50, only because I have to create a random costume and Archetype with primary and secondary powersets when I click Temporal Warrior during character creation. When I play on Indomitable then grab a double xp, I can powerlevel an alt in about 4 hours. When I play on Indomitable and want to enjoy the game, I turn off my xp. The journey, not the destination style.
  13. @Mac B - Thanks to @lemming for the assist. If you are seeking other badge images internal names, take a look at the old City Info Tracker page. Won't have the newer badges, but if you select a particular badge and scroll to the bottom of the page, it will display the Internal Name of the badge which you can use for the macro image. You don't need to add the .png either. Or this community tool can be used to search the Internal Name as well by searching the .mnu file.
  14. Excellent! Good work, I was asking around because I couldn't find it anywhere else.
  15. No problem. I used the City of Data website, then click the boost set group and hovered over the image to see the name of the file. It may or may not work for all IO sets, if you're looking for other images. https://cod.uberguy.net/html/boostset.html
  16. Looking at CoD, the icon name for Ragnarok is: e_icon_ragnarok So if that's the true name in the game, try: /macro_image e_icon_ragnarok "Text" targetcustomnext alive "Babbage"
  17. Yeah, that's about as much as I could find. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Settitle_(Slash_Command)/listing
  18. Take a gander here, might find what you need: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Macro_image_(Slash_Command)
  19. This is a well-written post. I appreciate the video as well and have followed your continued uploads. It's exactly what players need to read to know that this Advanced Difficulty (Hardmode) content is not out of reach and doesn't require specific Archetypes or builds. Only when players want to complete these efficiently (meaning quickly and with minimal defeats) does optimization of Archetype and builds become common place, though again as you point out, still not mandatory. I think you should post a shorter post linking to this thread in the general discussion section because the forum community doesn't traffic through this section very much yet (newest sub forum on this website). And to add a personal anecdote, I've been running Advanced Difficulty badge runs on Indomitable and used your walk through of the Lady Grey Task Force to assist in leading and navigating (especially that last part in the final mission). Thanks for posting!
  20. Vandal spawns after getting one of the two robots health down halfway.
  21. Solid advice, I'll add you to the roster.
  22. Beat em' up in progress 😄
  23. Oh my, that is not something I even thought about! I'll update future posts to denote that change. I am in the arena in Pocket D now if anyone wants to show up early.
  24. I think this would be cool with the current in-game memorial characters.
  25. Hey Indom badgers! Here are our badge runs for the month of July! This month will be turning to Sundays for the events (apologies, my weekend schedule forced my hand) and has a challenging difficulty flavor, so if those are ones you need, please feel free to sign up with your global and character. Remember, these badge runs will start on [1100 PT / 1200 MT / 1300 CT / 1400 ET] for the dates listed below. I am also taking suggestions for badge runs for the last week of July and the month of August. Feel free to comment on any particular badges you want to acquire. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday, July 7th - Worthy Opponent: This run will consist of completing the Lord Recluse Strike Force using the Old School Challenge setting. This setting disables Incarnate powers, Enhancement Set Bonuses and Super Inspirations. It also reverts Mission 4's Vindicators fight to have all five heroes returned to their original level of 54, and Mission 5's Freedom Phalanx fight to have all eight heroes returned to their original level of 54. Due to this added difficulty, I will run it at -1 Mission Difficulty setting. No special Archetype or builds are required for this run, bring whomever you would like the badge on! Defeats will be likely and we will be going at a leisurely pace, so expect it to take 2-3 hours. We will meet in Ouroboros, I'll be there 15 minutes early to start inviting people. (Thanks for suggesting this @ZorkNemesis!) Badges: Worthy Opponent: Badge awarded for completion of "The Future of Freedom" Flashback with the "Old School Challenge" selected Servant of Recluse: Badge awarded for completion Lord Recluse's Strike Force. Master of Olympus: Badge awarded for defeating the Kronos Class Titan. Annihilator: Badge awarded for defeating the Future Freedom Phalanx during the Lord Recluse Strike Force. Archvillain: Defeat the Freedom Phalanx (in the last mission) within Lord Recluse's Strike Force. Sign-Up for Sunday, July 7th - Worthy Opponent Badge Run: @Glacier Peak Glacier Peak - Ice/Cold Corruptor [RESERVED] @Burnt Umber Horrere - Sonic/Cold Corruptor @FrauleinMental Fraulein Mental - Mind/Kin Controller. @Midnyte Midnyte - Dark Melee/Willpower Brute ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday, July 14th - Advanced Mode Imperious Task Force: This badge run will consist of running the Imperious Task Force at the 1-Star difficulty level (Malicious) in order to acquire the a difficult new badge. This task force has new enemy mechanics and two unique enemy spawns not found anywhere else in the game (Aereus Colossi and final boss Romulus). It will be important to defeat the Cimeroran Surgeons in each mob before they buff up their mobs! (Thanks for suggesting this @ZorkNemesis!) Badges: Temporal Strife: Complete the Imperious Task Force Freezer Burn: Defeat the two Aereus Colossi! Sign-Up for Sunday, July 14th - Advanced Mode Imperious Task Force Badge Run: @Glacier Peak Glacier Peak - Ice/Cold Corruptor @Midnyte Midnyte - Dark Melee/Willpower Brute ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday, July 21st - 'The Various Badges' Badge Run: This badge run will consist of running various badge missions/defeat requirements for three specific badges. The first is the No One Left Behind badge which is difficult when solo, but with a team should be much easier! The second is Call of the Void, because it's an awesome badge and will be easy to snag on a team. The third is a trickier badge, 4 of the 6 we will defeat in the Abandon Sewers, then the other two we will snag through the Positron Task Force(s). Defeats will not be likely and we will be going at a leisurely pace, so expect it to take 2-3 hours. We will meet in Ouroboros, I'll be there 15 minutes early to start inviting people. (Thanks for suggesting this @Midnyte!) Badges: No One Left Behind: Rescue all of the injured Rogue PPD in The Only Way mission for Roy Cooling. (Thanks for saving 5 instances of this badge run @Midnyte) Call of the Void: Defeat 100 Void Hunters. (Vigilante mission "Cloud of Odorous Smoke set to -1/8 Mission Difficulty Setting).
