on SO's only Neither of those are all that good. I am not sure Mids models how Energy Drain works correctly though, based on some of the crazy screenshots I have seen. Personally I sit over 45% all the time now anyway so I never really test it.

You could add the Stealth IO to Combat Jumping or Sprint also to combine with Field Operative. Field Operative taking over the Stealth Power. Very true about supression. The Stealth is more of the avoiding unecessary attacks while you close to BLAST! type of protection.

The Travel power seems weird to me as well. But I guess someone thought it was a good idea.

I prefer Scorpion Shield for a few reasons -it only takes one power pick -it is defense based, but looks better than Ice Armor -it looks good with Stealth Powers, Stealth Powers adding good survivibility to Blasters I prefer Defense since Blasters' have a weakness with Status Protection, thus you can avoid some status effects easier. You can build up Defense on something like Temp Invulnerbility or Electric Armor sure, but you are then going to have to slot for a LOT of defense. And as a Blaster the main job is Blasting stuff, which I am loathe to weaken in order to build for a lot of defense. At some point your build is giving up enough you'd have been better off going Scraper or Sentinel. So my usual go to is .. Scorpion Shield, Combat Jumping, Tough, Weave, Stealth then build for 45% S/L defense with IO sets. If I have room I add in some Ranged Defense Set Bonus.

Of course that one was more true to the source material ...

If you can handle the sounds, effects and animations, then its pretty damn good.

Where is the Groan button? I thought we got over a single power's DPS meaning anything over a decade ago. Claws has good DPA attacks that can be chained together. Both Single Target and AOE. AND it gets a damage boost that can be up all the time. Sure big crunch attacks+ Build Up are better for PVP or whatever. But that wasn't what this thread was asking.

No Punchvoke I believe. No ability to take advantage of things like Combat jumping, Tough, Weave. These things should be changed in my opinion. Along with a taunt aura that should just be added to the White Dwarf Power.

You can do a MA/Nin Scrapper gaining an extra crit bonus, but keeping the full MA set.

The more that comes out from Sanderson, the less it sounds that Sanderson's input was heeded. The showrunner has stated that he sees Moraine as the main character. So I imagine you are right about Cadsuane though. Of course that reduces Mat's arc again. So far his story seems like it will be the most reduced. Though if the actually pull the lever on the fan fear that the Dragon is split among many ... then I guess it wont just be Mat.

The books have the real estate to do that though. And it builds more gradually. They instead develop Rand's character and story first. Then the other two rivers folk, then the other characters. The world is presented similairily Emond's Field, then the Two Rivers, then Andor .. Much like you the reader is perhaps from Emond's Field learning as you go. I get that there is no time to do that here. But they did find a way to spend the lion's share of 3 of 8 episodes on the Aes Sedi, Warders, Moraine and Lan.

The main character of this series is Moraine. The two rivers folks are barely more than extras. I figure thats why they are focusing so much of their exposition time on warders and Aes Sedai rather than Rand, Mat and Perrin.

Just a nice survival tool. For Stalkers that already have Scrapper level survival (EnA, Inv, SR) its going to be more useful than say ... Regen .. or something, which need the help more. Well not more useful per se, but more over the top useful. Its going to be really great for the weaker sets.

If the OP doesn't like Blaster squishiness, or going past level 38 or whatever. That's all good. Whatevs. I don't worry about his "advice" about a 20 year old game that is running on a private server long past its sunset corrupting the young impressionables.

I put it in an AOE, so the chance of proc goes up. Lets me keep a couple stacks running at times.
