  1. I would love for the Assassin's Strike power in Street Justice to have an alternate animate using the Rib-Cracker animation which Stalkers do not get. I would like for the Initial Strikes animation for SJ to be an alternate for Barrage in Energy melee
  2. Some of the sword sets are the other way around. BS and KAT come to mind. BS has a lot of long recharge attacks though, so may need both for a lot of builds.
  3. Sounds like Savage Leap is actually a great power. And a good with damage procs. The only trick is to remember the damage scales with distance. But this is me repeating what I've read on this forum. My Savage characters are only in their 20's and haven't tried it yet myself.
  4. Energy Aura usually Electric is ElA or Elec typically. I'm not very familiar with Electric. I do have two EA stalkers well in vet levels, including my most expensive build which is kind of insanely powerful IMO. I would definitely recommend the set. It has the added advantage that the Energy Glow variant of powers looks great when you are in hide you become a silhouette, which is much easier to see for us older players than mostly invisible.
  5. There would be something epic about following up a Ki Push with the flailing arms with a Knockback increased Power Push.
  6. I usually take everything, or almost everything, in Primary and Secondary. Generally though if its something like a crash T9 I just use it as a mule as far as slotting goes. Mainly since I never take travel powers, or almost never leadership powers, I never seem to have all the power pick problems that seem so rampant in COX evidently.
  7. I agree with this stuff - Savage has no redraw so should pair with anything. But it doesn't have a lot of? Any? mitigation. So it might work best with sets that don't need any. It gets an endurance discount gimmicky bit. Which might help some with End heavy sets. The numbers on Invul are crazy good. EA is also incredibly good on Stalkers, loses nothing really.

  11. yep though I'd go with Completely obsolete Between the ATO, AS change, and other IOs making Stalkers very sturdy.

  13. Also you can create as many accounts as you want, AND its 1000 characters per shard. Of course there are characters that are now idle/ effectively dead. I have quite a few. I tend to recycle my "good" names and name my idle characters something number. But I have a few that aren't "quite" idle.

  17. People can do whatever they want I figure. BUT It does surprise me there is still a ERP clique active in COX roleplay. There are a lot of other games out there better suited for that stuff.
  18. For solo probably Willpower since you get Quick recovery at 12. But without Tough and Heightened Senses the Alphas really chomp up Willpower at low levels.

  22. That's a good point about Ice. It is immune to slows also I believe. And EA works to supplement the DDR It does have a Psi hole, but at least you do have the slow effect. Its numbers are lower than they seem like they should be compared to the current Energy Aura on brutes. But on a Tanker they are good.
  23. Oh right Shield. I always forget about that one, since I don't like the one handed animations and the stance and so forth. But Shield is really good for a Unstoppable Contender. DDR is stackable, High Def, Decent Resists, and lots of Damage fringe benefits.
  24. There's the big damage and recharge hits though. I guess Defensively its no biggie. But IDK does Unstoppable imply some sort of offensive punch? The new Combat Teleport sounds good.
