I've made a Rad/Rad recently and have noticed you get a lot of hatred from the NPc's more so than other sets i've ever played so highly recommend staying out of melee except for the nuke and DP and make use of the cones and TAOE's.   3. Question i have is if you have it in Arctic Air and are stood in a large mob dosn't that increase the chance to proc ?
  4. Anyone know whats happens with Arctic Air if you put in the firey Orb proc from Dominating Grasp ? Does it keep spitting out Orbs ? Is it per mob ?
  5. Or take power mastery for conserve power and the awesome power build up.
  6. I have every AR/whatever Blaster in the game. The only power you need for Ignite is hover/fly.
  7. While true there are only 3 powers you can not use while flying. Upthrust and Stalagmites and Fracture. The question i ask is why are you flying anyway ? when the sets higher damage is melee range (Heavy Mallet/Seismic Smash). I have fly but i never use it in missions etc. I have never felt the need to and my toon is 50.

  9. I went with Sonic for more AoE's and the awesome S/L resists you get from it. Also it has -Res. So i capped the S/L resists and capped ranged def and it's really fun to play. And it fits with water blast thematically.

  11. I've never tried Rad so i made a Rad/Rad and i am seriously impressed. I've been out damaging everyone on posi and syn so far. Good fun 🙂
  12. BFR i use as an opener as it can 1 shot most stuff when loaded for damage. Typically i load with Thunderstrike for the sweet bonuses.

  14. I have to say for me dark/dark has always been difficult to build a good build for. I can always get perma dom but it's getting the survivability my other doms have like S/L resists or ranged def (some even have both) i find very difficult. I think it's the mix of powers dark has. Or Lack thereof. *shrugs*
  15. Yeah Preemptive is -END over time and a Recovery debuff in Interface incarnates. Coupled with Musculature Endurance Mod makes Elec Doms very effective at draining. You can end drain with just CA and Static Field+Chain Fences. My Dom is Elec/Elec/Mu so i floor everything so much quicker.

  17. I have a Psi/mental and i love PsiScream. It is a clockwork murderer on synapse. I pair it with Psi Tornado and the damage to mobs is really good. With Darks Cones i think that would be really interesting. Here is my Dark/Dark btw Helped by Snarky.
  18. Umbral Torrent is really good damage as it is and i don't think you need the procs in it but Soul Tenticles and TT do. On Single targets/AV's I normally do ST+TT and Gloom for the DoT then wail on the target with the bigger hitters. That is what people fail to realise is you can DoT damage to something while using other powers.

  21. i just tested energy drain just now.. 1 mob 2% 5 mobs = 2% 35.14% to 38.11% with 1 def io in it. Wow those numbers really break the bank. still dosn't put it over SR
