Neither CAK nor DT intentionally do knockback, DT is set to do KD on most opponents. Affaik only Crane Kick intentionally does KB

No, at most I'll have 7 or 8 powers of either primary or secondary chasing the soft cap usually demands 5 - 6 picks

Can we get Psi Sweep's animation ported to Spines' Cone attack & vice versa? i have toons with both power sets who it would be an improvement if i could choose the alternate cone animation.

Rest takes regular IOs but it doesn't take heal sets or end mod sets, the only sets the Sprints take are run & jump sets

The powers are there for it, I'd certainly love some of both & i even suggested an Assault Rifle APP patterned off of Mako's PPP a few days ago

I like the idea of a martial arts control set but I think a bunch of melee control powers is the wrong way to go about it.

I'm not referring to kb to kd IOs or knockback boosting IOs; I'm talking about "chance to KD" IOs like the one in Ragnarok & the one in the Ice PBAOE set and specifically how those IOs work in powers that already have a "chance to KD" like Martial Arts/Combat/Assault's Dragon's Tail Power or Footstomp

There are so many great badges some are rather difficult to get but you can only wear one as a title; if possible I'd like to be able to choose at least 5 & the order they appear to describe the toon, their mood &/or their history. Example: Toon: Liege Cheetatron X Selected Badge Titles: Ex-Archvillan Incarnate Peerless Master of The Magisterium Kitty's got Claws

There is a lake house in Perez Park that has a location badge called "Around The Bendis" I remember the 1st time i discovered it years ago street sweeping with friends on Freedom back in I2 or whatever issue introduced badges

Currently the IOs add a separate chance to KD, which if proc'd can stack with the Power's KD turning it into KB, but I wish it just increased the Power's chance to KD instead as in a straight forward addition of the chance percentages giving players more reliable KD without adding undesired KB

I wish ninja run/beast run could be separated into a 0 end stance toggle & an unenhanceble run toggle

How is burst a proc monster? The blaster version has a 4 sec recharge other than that I'm trying to avoid shotgunny powers in favor of machine gunny powers SOA Heavy Burst is a fine substitute for Full Auto it's not in the blaster Assault Rifle set so I didn't think of it while creating the pool

The old dev team was obsessed with clipping so many options aren't available together due to clipping concerns even for options that wouldn't clip. i hope the the homecoming team opens up the costume options so that individual players can choose how much clipping they will tolerate.

I already have a grenade aoe attack power in Venom Grenade, along with a aoe immob grenade power so I definitely want something other than another AOE grenade attack & I definitely wanted another automatic firing attack but yeah I fully expect Full Auto to be toned down (I also paired it with the T1 burst power for balance considerations) As for PPP pets they tend to be "Pet" Class entities which IIRC get more HP then the 3rd tier MM pet that some like to call the Boss Pet I'm sure if implemented the Homecoming team would properly balance that as well

There is very little that ties the melee APPs together some have buffs others might have debuffs, some have multiple aoe attacks so I'm giving myself the latitude to copy Patron Pool pattern brutes get These powers are either from Assault Rifle, Soldiers of Arachnos or Mercenaries -Burst -Venom Grenade -Wide Area Web Grenade (AOE Immob with -kb) -Heavy Burst -Seasoned Veteran a rifleman pet equivalent to a PPP pet, same powers as the Commando henchmen but with the the Spec Ops henchmen's rifle, outfit & snipe power Seasoned Veteran flavor text: This rifleman has survived many armed conflicts, doing unsavory things at the behest of nation states &/or self-serving power brokers for chump change, now this soldier will only contract his services out to those he respects, for causes he believes in (or for top dollar)

it's good to run them hands, show the low lives, zealots & corporate stooges that you're no 1 trick pony, that you will square up & that they will get folded savage if they even think of stepping to you lol I soloed a +1 EB in melee today it was in the 2nd to last Hammers Mish it was tough, I almost got 2 shotted & it was especially satisfying to come out on top, sometimes it's just all about style & MC + Jump Kick is very stylish
