  1. Only sell them when you're up to 100-130 salvage & dump each type at 10 at a time
  2. Player created powers were a popular idea on the official forums back in the day & I would still love to see the idea be fulfilled. The way I imagine it working is at first players would only be allowed to create attacks as those are easier from a balance perspective, more fun & limiting the initial scale of such a system would making easier to develop & result in quicker delivery. Ideally you would be able to create 1 ranged attack + 1 melee attack & using a point system to choose traits like the dmg type, range, inherent accuracy, autohit, secondary effects, 0 degree cone & end cost. As for visuals, I think the player should be given wide latitude to use any elements of preexisting attack's if those elements are already decoupled from each other like: -Animation & sounds ex. knock out blow -Special effects ex. Em's pom poms of doom on one or both fists -Hit visual effect ex. Crushing Uppercut -Projectiles if applicable ex. Rune of Warding -Summonable Pseudo pet to launch the attack from if desired along with a warm charge up &/or cool down animation selected from emotes like Kata, buffs like armors etc Since you wouldn't be able to slot these powers I think they should be powerful from the get go while also accepting Alpha Slot, Interface Slot & global bonuses ignoring Fury and possibly recharge aiming for a 30 sec recharge on said power. *I have no idea what is or isn't decoupled & if these things aren't decoupled already it would probably be too difficult (or impossible) for the homecoming crew to decouple them so that they can be grabbed a la cart

  5. Brute, Scrapper, & Stalker can all suffice, I play Brute often I've only once been expected to tank & that was against recluse on the MLTF/STF

  7. One of the 1st things I do on all my toons is set up the 10 combat attributes I'm gonna monitor & I always include "last hit chance" I reccomend that you monitor it too

  9. The classic D3 was prior to Apps so yours is a D4
  10. Air superiority & jump kick animations are relatively unique & those powers are relatively under utilized it would be great if those animations could be alternates for Kick
  11. Apocalypse is a very rare set, all very rare set pieces are unique which means whichever set piece you slot in a build is the only set piece of that type you can concurrently slot into that build
  12. this, i'd take out the sudden acceleration proc I put into one of the PPP pets that does knockback & at least one of my AOEs if I had such a toggle
  13. reduce endurance costs, make the mez toggles worth getting, I don't personally think the resistances need to be touched though I made a TW/DA brute but rerolled to TW/Rad because of the endurance costs
  14. I like the jump kick animation but I haven't had that or air superiority on a toon since early live, I personally wish fighting pool let you select those powers instead of boxing & kick, why shouldn't the "fighting" pool have dominion over all pool melee attacks?
  15. Bots/Traps MM is by far one of the strongest thematic pairings it can solo AVs on SOs without temps with smart power selections.
  16. Not sure I've seen judgement 1 shot an even level lt without major -res being applied never mind a +3 lt And lore is a different beast that can help solo AVs & GMs
  17. it needs it's own separate tohit check & doesn't do dmg I think balancing it based on tankers was wrong

  21. I choose it on my resistance melee toons for the 30% def bonus
  22. go StJ for will power & save TW for a resistance set As for Brute or Scrapper I would go off which Patron powers you want

If it was going to be done than in order to give players a higher level taste of an alternate set while reducing the consternation likely to be felt by people you team up with who would have a reasonable expectation that you would be as competent with your power sets as a player who has leveled up said power set combinations -you can only change 1 powerset at a time -you can only change a powerset for 1 hour, every 3 days -you are ineligible to be a member of any team or league engaged in Trials, or TFs
