  1. I also have a Necro/Electric, its my Dr. Frankenstein build. Just could never get into ninjas, although I do have a Merc/Traps MM which I think makes a solid team toon. GL in your endeavors.
  2. I have a demon/elec and he's a beast. This is info I sent another newbie asking the same questions. Its sorta clicky, the demons are strong hands down in both dealing and taking damage. EA compliments it with a heal, an absorb, and a +rech +end buff. Coupled with Amp Up which boosts your Demon Prince secondary effects. Faraday Cage is a fantastic +res and protects against -rech, -end, and -rec, something that the demons need because the demons run a little end heavy especially Demon Prince. Which Energizing circuit greatly boosts that hole. A single target debuff in shock, and a targeted aoe debuff in discharge both of which are -regen amongst other things. Finally, Empowering Circuit which is a +to hit and +dmg which boosts your demons already formidable arsenal. I have a necro/EA, demon/EA, and a thug/EA, the secondary greatly boosts these pets. I've tried /thermal on an a MM and its a great set buffs/heals/debuffs but, I prefer it on a troller. /Nature I prefer on a defender just better numbers. I've never been to terribly impressed with /beasts, I'd rather go /necro for single target/debuff/heal pets. Well thats basically my two cents lol. I always played melee and I had 1 MM on live who was my main a Bots/FF, I used to base raid and pvp with him too. I remade him on HC but I barely play him anymore. I have more MM's and troller pet heavy builds than other AT's, and only recently started to get into tankers something I would have never done on Live, but, with the recent changes to them, it makes them more viable.   5. The thing too is once you start looking at people's builds dependant on AT you will notice Procs that are typically in the same powers over and over. Some are personal preference, every one of my ATs always have the Numina, Panacea, and Miracle procs in health. You tend to notice people's signatures in their builds after a period of time.   10. The whole point of "rogue servers" is just that, they fly under the radar to a degree and the parent company is aware of them. That being said they are tolerated as long as certain things don't happen and one of them is making profit. Your idea is a signal flare shooting up in the night sky. Wonder why we don't go play2pay, subs, or microtransactions? The above reasoning. In addition you're trying to take a whole playerbase and do a large conversion into something probably 90% don't even understand. I don’t PUG because most of the people don't even know how to play their toon correctly and you want to implement something that would drastically change the game. No thanks.
  11. As much as love the idea of doing base raids again, with the current base construction system being the way it is it wouldn't work. There was a thread about this awhile back and it was explained in greater detail than I can explain.

  13. Nope all the way to 50, I've Pld to toons to 50 then started it and ran them all the way through.
  14. Short answer is yes. That's typically how I start running my patron mishes as soon as it unlocks through Arbiter Rein. No idea if it takes a certain lvl after that to proceed further after reaching a set point, I dont know. I have the diff cranked up so I lvl rather quickly.
  15. Well that and everyone would be dead, the civilian death toll would be staggering. I read an article when Man of Steel came out that said over 5k people died because of the actions of the Kryptonians in Metropolis alone. So you have to wonder what the civilian death toll with zones like Boomtown, RWZ, etc are like. Hell even a day to day on CoT sacrifices in Paragon. Civilians must breed like rabbits...
  16. I agree on this. Rularu is a multi dimensional threat hence he should get the big bad treatment including his zone. Yeah, yeah I always start it and it devolves into pvp, star trek nerds, and whatever comes out of the wood work its like some lovecraftian nightmare.

  19. Well mine was more tongue in cheek, some lore, and a conversation piece. So no intent on my behalf, that might not have been the case for others and the GM snipped that. I don't know, just conjecture on my part.
  20. I was actually wondering when you would respond, given your "reputation ". I look at heroes and villains through a comic book lens. I've seen heroes that are worse than villains and heroic villains, I've seen heroes fly by and ignore the pleas of normal folk and villains do the blackest of deeds. Now I can't speak of every shard, but, my own most the "heroes" are either standing under Atlas RP or in Pocket D RP (or ERP lol). The real heroes are on the trials, RWZ, but, strangely enough the villains are right there with them. There is no villains and heroes in this game anymore, the flying rat in pocket D has seen to that. Its a shame really, the proliferation back and forth, ATs, etc sorta sucks. I like black and white, all this gray is depressing. In the end. Good? Bad? I'm the guy with the gun.
