Can that turn red whenever someone has a status effect on them? Not like a tanker with their resist toggle up and combat jumping gets a weak immobilize on them I mean when effected by a status effect. A held blaster a sleeping controller a confused brute a stunned corruptor that one league member who is not rendering on your pc because 50+ other people nearby that gets feared etc Anything to alert anyone that this person needs.. effort put their way to have a positive outcome? I know if I said 'help' it would upset someone.

I am going to say no since Sonic Blast is very cone based and switching between melee and ranged will eat away at me over time. And stacking -resist to significant levels will take time which you wont have in groups or x0 solo

I am having fewer and fewer fliers. And I am having fewer and fewer super jumpers. In the before times, long long ago I had so many alts who were flying and I had Evasive Maneuvers 6 slotted with 3 mito hamis and 3 defense procs. But some time later I switched them to Leaping just to save 5 enhancement slots and a power selection. And those with super jumping, got bumped down to Infiltration. 3 universal travels + basic sprint was nice ground speed and height/height control. Today I did another respec and wondered how many times I traded flight for something more ergonomic.

things to consider: enemy resistances your level vs the targets level target limit (since corner shots) server data ticks. jousting for players with combat jumping is a neat thing. npcs might not fully something something your end and -5000% sounds like a lot but some npcs might have a million jump height. with enough Kinetic's inersha players can overcome a web grenade

No. But you can try a water/dev blaster and use all the techy costume stuff you can to keep your fishy self breathing and flying since water blast is a pretty self contained set you wont use your secondary much caltrops is great for whirlpool target drone is great all around, consider taking leadership assault at some point to stack that +dmg field op can be a water/steam based cloak not sure if tripmines works while flying gun drone is a nice addition to damage you can skip everything else unless you wanna go super roleplay and recolor smoke grenade to be a fine mist or making a macro to be scared of your own taser or something fishgross with web grenade

Its all about stacking dots. Bonfire alone has some nice numbers (as a controller) but add cages, hot feet, your hold and single immob and numbers just start flying

Builds are tight and I tend to drop things in a finalized level 50 build due to not having as much use as say a defense/resist/lotg IO mule. In the event of my fire/dark controller I just had no room for a 4 minute recharge aoe hold power when I had so many other things to do like setting up Darkest Night+Smoke or throwing down dark pit+dmg slotted bonfire meanwhile setting up hot feet containment with cages or teleport targetting my servant into melee to floor enemy tohit down to 5%. The point I am trying to make is there are higher priorities (animation time, recharge time, powerselect/enhancement slots). and this happens a lot to me. And back to the variable thing from before, I tend to play on 8 person teams when leveling up. Only using aoe holds once or twice a mission due to their recharge times when I have so many other options available... i skip.

No, not really. This is an older MMO. no 10 cha 100 speech fallout2ism here. Yeah sure you can larp as a Hellion hanging out in pocket d all day limiting yourself to level 10-15 content but even then you might need to throw a fireball or two at some point. But often I just think of set combos that would work in some form or another. like the dumb idea of an ice/trick arrow controller. in the end it was just fun due to both Slicks stacking on top of having two, sometimes three single target holds.

Oh, afterthought: you cant make everyone happy What you suggested is impossible to do because taking in all the variables such as do you solo do you group all the time do you like being a bent fork secondaries build types, ie person1 might go permahasten, person2 might go ranged defense for the same character and changing something would effect both resulting in person3 coming in explaining how they hate to do respecs and person1 and person2 agreeing.

While I do strongly believe that power sets need skippable powers (taunts, pbaoe holds with 4 min recharges, caut. blaze, rezzes, etc) you can still look for ways to improve things.

Go through the patch notes and write down how many changes to main power sets vs tradeoffs there were. Like, did you snap at the devs when Ninjas and Zombies moved up in the world? Did you nut hard when Burn got a secondary burn patch with Fiery Embrace? Did you write long drawn out posts when Sonic Blast's aoe got stronger than a pool power? I have been. I never said I wanted Ice Patch to go away, but to get moved to Frozen Aura. Stand down.

In final fantasy 14 the viera race has a weird tech limitation where their hair and ears ARE mechanically hats. So with that said, hair and hats are a single piece in this game. cant have the train conductor hat and long glam hair. So, I THINK, to do what I think you want all hats would have to become "Detail 1/2" and then clipping ahoy
