  1. Trying to remember, do ST taunts exists elsewhere but Scrapper sets?
  2. Ok, so you do have a problem with it then given that you dont play scrappers to taunt things, yet there are taunts in their sets that are literally there just to be skipped? Not saying its optimal, but they should at least be useful and worth considering.

  4. Correct. @Fortuneteller, do you not see an issue if a power is taken by literally less than 1% of characters that have access to it?

Less a suggestion and more a thought, but the community at large kinda identifies a bunch of powers as bad either through just common knowledge or even backed by the data mining done by HC devs. If it came to it, would it be acceptable to have a community vote on the fate of such powers? This is not to say a community vote on what exactly is done per say. A vote on something like, "yeah, we all agree that serum is bad and should be replaced by devs" or the like could be acceptable. Thoughts?

An all MA team sounds fun as hell lol For MA, the only things I'd like to see are maybe porting some effects from newer MA powers (lethal DoT on a hard hitter, a cone), but also the suggestions I put in from the MA thread on page 2 of this subforum: 1) instead of a strict combo system, just expand on what Eagles Claw does where it grants a +crit or +damage boost to the next power. This could be a variety of things like end discount, +stun, whatever and will let you be much more freeform than needing to use X into Y. 2) Focus Chi is build up in disguise. Personal peeve of mine, if it is named different it should have a new effect. Keep the damage/tohit of course, but also add in a new effect?

  11. It should be possible with the enhancement for crit chance, as well as things like Eagles Claw boosting crit chance for a bit

  13. WM doesnt need -Res.... it has stuns and KDs. Axe could maybe use another small, 3 target cone somewhere tho on top of this, as well as it's current pencil cone (and all pencils for that matter) becoming shatter cones

  19. Something that was brought up was motion... I wonder if the game can track various motion states and make powers behave differently based on them? Not necessarily for MA, but itd be fun if like running at an opponent then using a power, or jumping and activating a power, could trigger different effect.
  20. Currently, a good chunk of electrical attacks have a 30% chance to return 1/2 the endurance spent on the power. Iirc, I'm not sure if it requires you hitting the target successfully or not. As a QoL to make up for some of elec's shortcoming, why not switch this to a 50% chance of 1/3 endurance returned? This still averages out to ~15% end discount either way, but would benefit players who slot for end mod much more as they can effectively build around sapping endurance as a means to actually save energy as opposed to just draining enemies. Better yet, if this effect is tied to whether you actually hit with the attack just make it 100% chance of 15% end cost refund, given the condition you land your shock 😉
  21. Hmmm... you know, that is an idea. What about weekly or monthly "hardcore targets" that give bigger merit rewards to specifically hard tasks?
  22. Issue with old defiance wasn't the concept of being hurt = you deal more damage, but rather the scaling meant you didn't get that big a boost unless you were practically dead. A scale that say, maxes under 1/2 HP would be better.
  23. Just saying, the combo system in StJ is barely something you need to think about. Attacks build up your bigger attacks, but you can still let your big attacks rip asap for good damage.
