  1. Rebirth is thataway. ----->
  2. I thought it was canceled a few episodes into the third season. Specifically, I think the last episode had this.
  3. No. It is random from one of the packs for sale on the auction house, like the Winter Pack.
  4. There are plenty upon plenty of Star Trek comic books, as well as Stargate comic books. Heck, there were even Babylon 5 comic books.
  5. When I form a TF, if the end level is below level 50 I run it at +1. Yes, even Positron and Synapse. There's not much of a difference between +0 and +1, and with +1 you get more XP and INF for your time. At level 50, I run everything at +2. Only had an issue once where someone was not happy that I planned to run a Positron Part Two TF at +1 instead of +0. That person quit right before we started, and we finished in about 35 minutes IIRC.
  6. Yep, that's how I like to play as well.
  7. Congrats! Nothing wrong with that. ;)
  8. After watching the first episode of Star Trek: Picard, I highly recommend it. It's a very different short of show compared to anything before, but it's intelligently written and uses a few different threads from The Next Generation era to pull together something new.
  9. Are you doing this in or out of an instance, (including a SG base)? If you're in an instance, try doing it in a zone.
  10. No, from a dev perspective. One posted a few months ago that it was an exploit and was never intended for players to use.
  11. Not to mention being an outright exploit.
  12. I have never used the base TP macro as it smelled like an exploit when it was first leaked, and then later was confirmed as an exploit. Honestly, it should have been removed months ago as the player base has gotten too used to it at this point, but that's neither here nor there. So, since I don't use the base TP macro, I still find Ouroboros works for traveling. Although I do try to avoid the zone when possible simply because of all of the people and pets that congregate around the portal.
  13. Torchbearer was indeed the first server. I can't speak for the other before sunset servers, but when the additional servers went online, the Champion server players held a vote as to which server the Champion player community would play on. Excelsior handily won the vote. I haven't been on Torchbearer since.
  14. Yeah. Primary doesn't really matter. Just take Taunt and a ranged attack from your Ancillary/Epic pool like Gloom, and you'll be fine. The ranged attack is to help keep Hamidon's attention, since, as Seraphim said, you shouldn't be in melee range while tanking Hamidon to begin with.
  15. If you use Windows 10, night mode is built into the OS (thus no need for flux), and it works just fine with CoH.
  16. I would avoid Regen. For one, it's only use case in today's game is for raiding Hamidon. It's also not newbie friendly as it has a lot of click powers and you need to be aware of what they do and who you are fighting.
  17. As a newbie, probably Willpower. It's set it and forget it, and has a decent amount of everything.
  18. Yep. Firefox is much, much better today. Some parts still need to be re-written, but the majority of the work is done.
  19. Yep. I know that if I were to lose my name, I'd probably just leave.
  20. Honestly, 800 players on the weekend simultaneously for a sixteen year-old MMOG is pretty good. I mean, it'd be nice if that number was tripled or quadrupled, but that's not at all realistic. City of Heroes will never get the numbers it had fifteen years ago, nevertheless Fortnite player numbers.
  21. Yeah. Server merges would not go over well at all. Names would be taken, and I'm sure you'd lose some people due to losing their character name. In fact, IIRC, a Homecoming developer said that server merges would never happen due to this reason.
  22. It's worth noting that while in the release candidate stage (which is now), the beta server has the insta-level and such disabled to make sure that the release candidate is suitable for the live servers.
  23. Considering that a forthcoming nerf of procs has been alluded to (and that this very thread justifies such a nerf), I wouldn't count them into anything for use as a reason to buff or nerf anything. Therefore, Corruptors are fine, and will be even better once the eventual proc nerf is done.
  24. After three Razor mice failed me within less than eighteen months a few years ago, I swore off Razor. Lately, I have been using Logitech G Pro wired mice, and I really like them. I have small hands, and they are very comfortable.
  25. Yep. Back in the early 2000s when City of Heroes was first developed (along with Mozilla Firefox), multiple cores were generally not a thing. It was assumed by the vast, vast majority of software developers that desktop and notebook computers would be forever bound to one or two cores and that the speed of those cores would forever increase. Well, the exact opposite happened. From the late aughts until a year or so ago, Mozilla Firefox has seemed so slow in comparision to Google Chrome and Apple Safari because it only utilized one processor core. Mozilla has spent the past few years slowly re-writing Firefox from the ground up to utilize all those processor cores.
