  1. Turning Faraday Cage into a toggle would remove value from the one worthwhile benefit Force Field provides at high levels: AoE mez protection. If you do that, then I would like to see a complete overhaul of Force Field simultaneously.
  2. On paper, Shock Therapy (cool name, BTW), sounds like it will be a great support set for Rikti mothership raids, between the AoE mez protection, energy and psionic damage protection, AoE resurrection, and heal. The only suggestions (again, on paper), I can make would be to add -regen to Discharge and add additional +damage to Amp Up. That will allow it to be a better offensive support set and to better compete with the other newer support sets. I look forward to trying it out over the weekend.
  3. From what I understand, nope. 2.6.0.7 was the last official version. Mids' Reborn is in maintenance mode.
  4. There's been other posts that indicate that the stacking of Interface is now broken. This gives more evidence.
  5. Stealth blitzing, but dismissing and resummoning them takes too long. By the time the pets are resummoned and re-equipped, the mob is already dead and the rest of the team has moved on.
  6. Please consider giving Mastermind pets super speed. For those who use super speed while inside missions, and for those who play with others that use super speed while inside missions, playing a MM is very difficult because the pets simply do not keep up with the player and others on the team.
  7. Another reason to love red side.
  8. Welcome to Excelsior, @Clave Dark 5.
  9. Up until a couple of weeks ago, Willpower's Rise to the Challenge taunt aura was extremely weak in comparison to other power sets' taunt aura. Some power sets' taunt aura lasted up to seventeen seconds, while Willpower's only lasted about four seconds. This was changed a couple of weeks ago so that every taunt aura now lasts about thirteen seconds.
  10. I am of two minds on this. If you have a full league of level 35+ PCs, you can easily obtain about 1,400 Vanguard merits. That's about 47 reward merits, for about 45 minutes of time once the raid actually starts. That's not bad at all. However, for the instanced MSR trials that I run, I've never had a full league. The most I've ever had was 41 people. Usually it's anywhere from 20 to 30 people. That significantly lowers Vanguard merit count. A few times, such as today, I started with only seventeen people in the league. We actually had 21 people, but two people quit just before we queued (I imagine that they panicked that we were going to do a MSR with only 21 people), and two people never clicked the button and never sent me a tell for a re-invite after. I only received 709 Vanguard merits because of the very low player count and that we only had one person pulling Rikti to the bowl. As for the wait time, I try not to keep it that bad. If it's one of my scheduled instanced MSR trials that I run every Thursday, I try to start within twenty minutes of forming the league. After twenty or so minutes, and we have at least seventeen people, I will queue us up. If it's an impromptu instanced MSR trial that I form up on the weekend, then I try to start within 40 minutes of forming the league. Again, after forty or so minutes, and we have at least seventeen people, I will queue us up. So, yes, a lowered Vanguard merit to reward merit ratio would be nice, but I'm not sure if it would solve the player count problem. There's a lot more different things being run simultaneously now than several months ago. You have Hamidon raids, a BAF farm league, and one or two other Incarnate trial leagues. There's a lot more competition for players' time. Then, as you said, the lower player count in comparison to today than several months ago.
  11. I really like it. Two questions: 1. Would there be any chance of adding a dark red background while viewing a villainous or rogue character build, to keep the game's flavor? 2. Would there be any possibility of seeing a character's Incarnate abilities?
  12. I am fine with social progression. Gore and graphic violence, on the other hand, I find completely revolting, unacceptable, and unnecessary. I don't watch television programs rated TV-MA nor most movies rated "R." I tried making exceptions for Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard, only to be extremely disappointed both times. It's clear that, even though I loved Star Trek for nearly 40 years, the property is no longer for me. Oh well.
  13. 15 to 24 while leveling, 20 to 24 in Ouro.
  14. What server do you play on? If you play on Excelsior, the schedule is: Daily zone MSRs at 3 P.M. ET/12 P.M. PT. Daily Hamidon raids at 10 P.M. ET/7 P.M. PT. Weekly instanced MSR trials every Thursday at 8:30 P.M. ET/5:30 P.M. PT.
  15. Good afternoon. I know that you've done a couple of the instanced Rikti mothership raid trials that I run, including last night. Unfortunately, instanced Rikti mothership raid trials usually do not get the number of people as zone MSRs do for a few different reasons. I'd really like to do instanced Rikti mothership raid trials with a full league every time, but that's just not realistic. So, usually I'll run them with three or four teams. Since there are fewer people in most of the instanced MSR trials that I run, there's fewer people shooting/slicing and dicing/stabbing Rikti, and fewer people dragging Rikti to the bowl. This will result in fewer Vanguard merits than a MSR trial with a full league. Last night, with 26 people in the league, I received 1,086 Vanguard merits. That's not bad, IMO. Especially considering that, pre-Incarnate abilities, the average Vanguard merit haul from a full MSR league was roughly 550 Vanguard merits.
  16. Didn't know that the buds spawn after Hamidon dies if you kill the yellow mitos as well. Nice! Thanks. No more Hamidon raids ever for me!
  17. You can do it with a Blaster or Fortunata with holds. In any case, you're going to need holds.
  18. I already disable XP every five levels. This would just mean that I'd have to disable XP even more quickly every five levels. Even for those weirdos that don't disable XP, I doubt extra XP and INF would persuade them. Most of the people that I know that don't play red side refuse to do so because they want to be the hero and doing red side missions and SFs make them feel icky. The only thing that may bring them red side is if you offer cute puppy snuggles after every SF. But then you'd turn off those that play red side because they want to play the villain... like me. It's an unsolvable problem, IMO. Depending on what server you're on, you can still get teams red side. It's like pulling teeth and will take a while, but it can be done.
  19. Does Death from Below count? "Does anyone need the badges?" "I do." "In that case, when we fight the Vahzilok boss, everyone should ignore the adds and not use any AoE nor cone attacks." "Roger." Later: "Okie. Remember, boss and single target attacks only." Five seconds later: "So and So has defeated Cadaver." "Dang it. It's okie. We will get the badge on the second run." Second run: "Remember, only attack the boss. No AoEs, no cones." Five seconds later: "The exact same So and So has defeated Cadaver."
  20. Nah. My friends and I have been using Super Speed while inside missions since the late aughts.
  21. FWIW, if you kill the LGTF Hamidon without killing all of the yellow mitos before hand, Hami buds will spawn in that LGTF mission. It's the only other way to get the buds badge than Hamidon raids. As for the LGTF itself, IMO it was a mistake for SCoRE to lower the level restriction for it from level 45 to 35 specifically because of this. The Hamidon encounter was designed for level 50s. I imagine it would take a bit of work to rework it for level 35s.
  22. They're not excluded. They have the same opportunities to play the market and farm as everyone else. If they choose not to do, then that is on them.
  23. With today's episode, I am officially done with Star Trek: Picard, and quite possibly all new Star Trek from this point forward. There is no need nor justification for what was displayed. Certainly not in Star Trek.
  24. If you have any interest at all in playing the Legend of the Five Rings tabletop RPG, I strongly suggest that you pick up the books now. The publisher, Fantasy Flight Games, just announced that they're pulling out of the tabletop RPG business.
