  1. I switched the convo to MLTF, since that was the one the Tanker Tuesday group was running that night.
  2. Grand fun, tks again for organizing BZB.
  3. I'll do my best to make it, with NUTCRCKR.
  4. But I did take it on NUT and JAW, just to mule Impervium Armor (five and four pieces, respectively)...
  5. So I changed my mind and went with AVALNCH. As Ice, I was getting the majority of the aggro, without breaking a sweat, through all the AVs leading up to LR. Ghost Widow, Scirocco, Ice Mistral, Black Scorpion, Barracuda, Mako...all chumps. However, after the flyer, pulled LR to a far corner (did not hover taunt) and proceeded to get one-shotted. Only defeat on the team (other than Witty, who got ambushed by Ghost Widow), all night. Guess I'll stick with Inv and Stone for LR...
  6. Great teaming with you! Hope you can get more Tuesday nights off 😆
  7. And my experience with Ice Armor on Live was...let's just say "less than enjoyable". After reading more about Ice and cobbling together lots of variations and combinations, I came up with AVALNCH. Ice/Stone. He's a hoot and nearly unkillable... No EA, no ATO, no procs, no incarnates: https://www.midsreborn.com/builds/download.php?uc=1474&c=713&a=1426&f=HEX&dc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
  8. Would depend on the mix and how many daggers eight tanks could throw 😆. Funny, I was just looking through my tanks to plan on tonight's event (probably at least one Ms. Liberty TF). Rarely do we run at +4 (unless Kilo is leading), for just about any TF, not because it can't be done but because it takes so damn long. I think I'll bring either NUT or PLV, as they are two of my sturdiest tanks, that aren't DPS monsters, to hold LR, so the better DPS tanks can take out the pylons.
  9. I can't help you with Psi slotting, but I've found that most melee templates are like-enough to cross slot, by tier. Here's my SD/WM and yes, there is a significant difference in both positional defense and (especially) resistance values. Your affinity for procs, certainly affected that and, if things are dead, they can't hit back, so I'd say load yours up on the test server and see how it performs. If you need more survivability, you can check this out: https://www.midsreborn.com/builds/download.php?uc=1578&c=725&a=1450&f=HEX&dc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
  10. On PLV, with FA single slotted (Encouraged Accuracy: To-Hit/End Redx), no other procs or incarnates (but all armors except Granite, Rooted, Tough, Weave and Maneuvers - all on), end use goes up from 1.86 to 2.55 (a 35% increase). Since his recovery is 3.38, I still need Ageless, even with Physical Perfection two slotted and Stamina three slotted, with FA on.
  11. While I do have FA on some of my tanks and I do hate the blind mechanic/effect, I also agree that it's sometimes not worth the end cost. When blinded, I just spam AOEs 😆

  13. To this day, I always turn off all powers and jog back to Ms. Liberty (usually from PI or DA), to train up to Level 50...
  14. LOL, see sig for "FRMRBRWN"
  15. Just remember: "Halitosis is better than no breath, at all"...
  16. Other than my only farming Brute (classic Spines/Fire), this guy was researched and built, since Energy Aura armor isn't available for tanks, so my experience consists of exactly two broots. Great defense (Neg e- and psi holes, as previously mentioned) and killer ST damage. I cobbled it together from several sources, so not remembering who I should give credit to, but here's the build: https://www.midsreborn.com/builds/download.php?uc=1526&c=693&a=1386&f=HEX&dc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m a tanker, so I'm sure there are some broot wizards who could make it even better...
  17. And extra props for the Martial Arts moves in granite armor 😆

  19. Rage does not stack, with my build, but the downtime is only as long as the 10 sec. delay in damage, so it works out well. Only one. I have Hasten on auto-activation. Not a very "clicky" combo, so having to watch for Rage is no big deal. I don't ever need Dull Pain, unless it's to cover blue patches or the other rare unresistable damages. Slow to solo farm, but is a boon to any farm for the herding ability. I have two accounts and put NUT on follow, with Footstomp on auto, and dual box with my Spines/Fire Brute. Drops a +4/8 Big Mobs Tunnel fire farm by about 3-5 min. vs solo with the broot. Yeah, 8-900 million build, but well worth it.
  20. It's called a "Controller" for a reason? 😁 Per the previous comments, you can proc out the holds, that have damage attributes. My only "real" controller is a remake from Live. Ice/Emp. Pre Jack Frost (or ex-ed down), the damage is pathetic, but I didn't create him to solo...as was the philosophy of pre I-whatever Live...the best strategy was a balanced/mixed team. He rocked the house, being able to buff the melee toons with Fort, unlock anyone with Clear Mind, buff the entire team with regen and end and lock down the bosses with ST Ice Block (along with a giant ice patch to create a flopping fish mayhem for all the baddies). There are some days that I miss those days....
  21. I, for one, can certainly attest to that.
  22. And that's why I usually fall back (exemp down) on tanks. Just be the aggro magnet and the whole team benefits. 😁
  23. Gotta go with the classic Inv/SS, but there are many other combos that are just as tanky. Almost any Inv combo, Stone combo and Shield combo can be made virtually indestructible, in the absence of unresistable damage (like the blue patches in TinPex). Key is to have plenty of DDR, for any defense-based build. Props to @Infinitum and @Hyperstrike for the template that I used for NUTCRCKR, and I run him, when the team needs a "max" tank. He is also built to support the SG in fire farming...so there's that. Other than not paying attention, during the last TinPex for Tanker Tuesday, I cannot remember the last time he was defeated. Tanks +4/8 ITFs, without breaking a sweat. Even without incarnates (but with Invincibility saturated w/ 10 targets), the defense numbers are just silly: With Resilient and Melee (T4) incarnates: https://www.midsreborn.com/builds/download.php?uc=1621&c=775&a=1550&f=HEX&dc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
  24. Which is why @Sovera's Fire/MA "Brunker" tank is so effective. I agree that paired with Shield, the MA benefits are largely wasted.
