When you say "handle", do you mean taking damage or dealing damage?

Mastermind was the first "new" AT I did, when CoV debuted. I remade my Necro/Dark Miasma (Lich-ilicious) on HC, and he's still a blast, even with basic IOs and a few targeted uniques. I will say, my Thugs/Dark (THUGSRUS), with the same basic slotting, does more damage (and less debuffing), so as many have said before, it's all what you want to contribute....

And I'll champion the alternative (when using Inv armor) of putting it in Invincibility, where it has ten chances to proc, with every saturated mob. It's my experience that it's almost always up, when in mobs.

If your current laptop has integrated graphics, that would explain it. Any device (laptop or desktop), with *any* dedicated graphics card will run this game at near ultra settings.... When remote, I run it on a 2 y.o. Dell/Alienware G3/3500 laptop, that I paid less than $1000 for (brand new), and its cheapo Nividia GTX 1650 Ti doesn't even blink at extremely high resolutions.

You can almost play CoH on a toaster. I've got a 4 y.o. laptop with an i5 dual core and Intel on-board graphics that I "dual box" with. Yes, it's too slow when in large groups, with lots of effects, but it is, technically, playable. ANYTHING with a dedicated graphics card will run CoH at near ultra settings, so yes, the HP you are looking at will run it, no problem.

While you can extrapolate statistics into frequencies, the base value of probabillity (one flip), will always be 50/50. The coin doesn't care how many times it's flipped. Each flip is unique. If the probability of monkey is 5%, it will be 5%, every time you activate Secondary Mutation, regardless of how many times it happened in X activations.

Ancient, old-schooler chiming in. One of the first toons I made on Live, the Rad/Rad Defender is an AV debuffer, extraordinaire. Comes along with AM and, while not SB by any means, is a welcomed buff for any tank. Also comes with an AOE heal and again, while not game changing, is a nice addition (you probably don't need much healing anyway as a tank, right? 😆). Oh, and hover blasts and debuffs with every attack.

Solid build(s), for sure. My only observation is, on the tanky build, why did you use one piece each of DW and NC in Dull Pain? Neither is unique and you could get one more bonus, if you matched pieces.

And with the fighting, do you want damage or damage and debuffing. The tanks I take on TFs with the most difficult AVs get Longbow.

So slap a FF chance for +recharge in Kick...and have the same (lack of) chance to proc some recharge 😆

I have done the same, in the past. As an undeniable Inv fanboy, I had to change my thinking on builds. With the help of too many on this forum to name, I began to adapt to the strengths of the different tanker primaries. Rad isn't a "hybrid" Def+Resist like Inv, so you have to focus on Rad's strengths...resistances and the absorb shield. ...and here's a thread that gets Rad even to soft-cap S/L defense:
