    Aren't Candy Canes codes like reward merits, where they are basically unlimited in holding capacity?

    I think since the last patch hit live (Page 3) the defender version has been fixed, and the corruptor version was never affected to begin with. So you should be all set.

    One thing to note, is Combat Jumping provides the same defense values as hover, for about 1/10th the endurance usage. It also provides unsuppressed movement control

    Some of this is explored in the alignment missions/tips you can do. As for having the mobs in the wild reflect this? Aside from the 'neutral' stance, which is used a lot in Praetoria and the Wharf, I'm not sure how this could be implemented.

    Nothing is being 'balanced for super IO builds'. Yes, 4 star content exists, but its not required for anything, and really just gives novelty items which have no effect on the overall game. Its an addition, not a rebalance.

    Not that this is really a check, (though it could be?) but has the character in question completed the 'Who will die?' arcs? I know they are technically canon already, but maybe they aren't canon to your character yet.

    Can't you turn on the recharge timers and see how long you have until Domination recharges based on that?

    To be fair, any pet that you can put in defensive follow contributes to bodyguard mode, but normally only mastermind pets can be put in defensive follow. The main exception to this is the Lore pets. They contribute to bodyguard mode for the duration they exist, at least they used to when I tested them last.

    Base stats yes. but you can slot Infiltration where you can't slot athletic run, so the ceiling is higher on infiltration.

    Isn't this only an issue in the lower level (Atlas Park, Kings Row, maybe Steel?) mayhem/safeguards? I know the PPD vans scale up to level 15, but after that they con grey to you, and don't hit much when they do explode.

    Have you tried being in range of mobs to see if that will kick on the Kismet IO?

    Its not actually that bad overall because those bonuses are now baked into Supremacy now.

    Does it scale linearly? So level 1 is 5%, two is 10%, three is 15%?

    FWIW, Corrs and Controllers have the same debuff modifiers. Defenders have the highest, but it goes Defender > Corr == Controller > MMs when it comes to debuff/buff modifiers.

    Personally I would like longer duration (60s minimum) for the T9s so they aren't out performed by a mess of inspiration popping, or the level up buff you get. A T9 should be meaningful and not overshadowed by pill popping.

    So with the changes in panel 2 being posted to open beta, how are my fellow MMs feeling about the changes?

    IIRC, Judegements are buffed by your alpha slot though, so if you have a Musculature alpha slot, you do slightly more damage with your judgement power. They don't recharge faster however, even with a +recharge alpha slot. I could be mistaken and misremembering though, its been a minute since I've looked at how Judgements and Alpha slots interact.

    I intentionally did all of the Hero side content on my bot/traps MM, and it was a definitely difficult to manage all of the contacts. I can't imagine doing both red and blue side at the same time. Are you planning on going through Ouro for the praetorian contacts?

    I'm currently playing a fire/martial Dom, and wanting to see about using the fiery orb in her hold power, so it can occasionally proc a pet. I plan on being in melee and perma dom for protection (and glorious Stuns from FIre/) but would other procs/slots be more valuable then the orb?

    Might of the Tanker is my guess, the Tanker ATO proc.
