Sound advice for sure! My day job sheet is new and last weekend it took forever (really like 8 hours or so over 2 days but still) to log every toon in and gather the data! Now it should be easy to keep up with, I try to update at the end of each play session but sometimes I gotta go eat dinner and I forget.

Dude! I LOVE that you're using the same sheet from live! That is really awesome! Do the "50"s mean you hit 50 on that combo?

Hi all, I know lots of us use spreadsheets to track various things in the game and I suspect that no 2 are alike! I'd love to see what yours looks like! What have you found to be most useful to track? For me it's probably the 4 passive accolaids. Now, whenever I have a couple free hours that I don't know what to do with, I'll grab a toon that doesn't have Portal Jockey and go get that done. Any surprises present themselves when you gathered the data? I was surprised to discover that almost all my toons have the same 4 day jobs and only a few have significantly more than that. I really thought I had moved those jabronies around more than I did! Any spreadsheet tips from the pros? Mine is pretty rudimentary, it does what I need it to do but there's lots of room for improvement. BS feels bad... I have scrappers of each weapon set and BS was the least fun to level. Everything it does is done better in other sets. There is effectively no reason to play BS unless it's for RP or you just like the concept or appearance. As others have said, it's not unplayable and it's not the lowest damage set but it has nothing that makes it stand out in any way and it just doesn't feel good. At least that was my experience with it. I plan on doing a rad armor tank with every secondary (I'm more than halfway there!) but I'm kind of dreading getting the BS done... The funny thing is that back on live my BS/Willpower scrapper felt like a monster! I don't think it's been nerfed (though not 100% sure) but other sets have been buffed/reworked/proliferated so well that they left BF in the dust.

/Storm is such a fun set! You can't make a "wrong" choice. I will tell you that the one I had the most fun playing was the plant/storm. The unmitigated chaos you can inflict upon the enemy ranks is truly a beauty to behold! Just don't get addicted to /storm, I'm about to start my 6th one (Dark/Storm). Cause chaos, have fun!

For Hami raids, I log in about 30 min before invites go out to ensure I get into the zone before it fills. I'll often put myself on a TF/AE mission so I wont AFK out during this time and I can do some house work or play with the cats without fear of losing my spot in the Abyss. About 5 min before invites go out I quit that TF and I'll join the league when the call goes out and actively participate in the pounding of Hami. Would this method be disallowed under the new CoC? I would assume not as I don't believe that would be disruptive behavior but It's a pretty important point of clarification because if I were to be moved out of the Abyss, it would be unlikely that I could get back in to participate in the raid. I'd feel much better if this could be clarified.

Why would I need this? I already know my global! I kid, I kid, yeah this wouldn't do much for my SG since it's just me in there but I could see this being very nice for those with big, diverse SGs and with the prestige column just taking up space these days, it makes sense!

I really like your idea as a concept for a mechanic in a new powerset! That could be very fun! However, it's probably best to leave life drain only as awesome as it currently is.

I can see some value in the suggestion, however I think it would have pretty niche use. I assume that most folks are building incarnates gradually so building up to a t3/4 from zero is probably not super common. This would be very handy on that troller you've had Incarnate'd forever and played the crap out of so it has lots of incarnate salvage or lots of Emps and you want to try a different Lore. Then being able to bypass the early stages of crafting would be a convenience but only a minor one.

Its tray icon would look like build up (maybe with a dark border or something to differentiate it) and when you click it a small (but very nice) cottage is built near your feet. It does not move or follow in any way but it has a very short cooldown so it can be thrown out very often!

Lol I've been playing for a very long time and every once in a great while, I'll still zone out and just follow my yellow nav marker and be surprised when I arrive at a police station 🤣. So OP I certainly agree with your proposal to prevent the inconvenience, however I think Rudra is probably correct that it can't be done in the antique code we use. (sadly thats the answer to so many of the suggestions) I'd love to be wrong though!

Yeah, despite best intentions, I think we got a little off track just trying to come up with alternate solutions. You're correct though, the crux of the issue is that Group Fly is problematic so we should just focus on finding a reasonable solution for Group Fly rather than altering the Flight pool as a whole. If any Devs are reading this, any chance you could let us know if you are even open to revisions on Group Fly? There seems to be a new Group Fly thread every couple weeks so it seems to be a bit of a hot button topic for the community but I don't recall ever seeing a Dev weigh in on the subject. I'm curious where they stand.

When you are in a mission, on a TF, doing Hami, doing a MSR or any number of other team activities you are often sort of required to be in relatively close proximity to the rest of your team if you'd like to participate. If one of those team members is running GF then waiting for them to fly away isn't an option, they're always going to be nearby if you're running as team. I don't really have a problem with anyone using GF when I'm just traveling through zones because, as you said, it's easy to move away. It's when you're forced into the proximity of a GF user in order to play the game that it becomes a problem. Technically you aren't being dragged along but functionally the result is the same.

Make fly grant flight to owned pets and leave hover as it is. No reason to change both.

Mine just hit 50 last week! I don't have any other Marine trollers to compare it to but it leveled up wonderfully! No trouble soloing but it really shines in a team! This is a leveling build so no purps/superiors/pluses. Controller (Plant Control - Marine) 1.1 Lily Ponds.mbd

I get what you're saying but I certainly don't want the amount required to go up. I'm fine with the 25 and I'd be even more fine with 20. Very recently a buddy and I ran up a pair of toons and at around level 22 or 23 we decided to get the 25 tips for the accolade. From that point on we did nothing but duo tips and the 2 morality missions and by the time we finished we were level 49! Admittedly we push the diff as high as we can handle efficiently but that was quite a bit of playtime devoted to getting the 25 tips. I'm sure we could have done them much faster at -1x1 but thats no fun! As a side note, this was a pretty fun way to level up as we faced a great variety of enemies and some interesting missions! So I'm on board for 20 or 25 but not for 30.

I start a new toon once the last one has hit 50 and has gotten all the passive accolaids, has a properly set out build and has opened at least the first incarnate slot, maybe more if I having a really good time. They definitely aren't "done" and I like it that way because it gives me a good reason to go back to old toons periodically and still have the ability to progress the toon..

Oh I gotcha, sorry I misunderstood, yeah that would be handy! Every time i fill up a page, it's a real pain to rearrange all my toons to keep my organization, it would so nice to just hit a button and have everything get organized by AT or something.

Spreadsheet brother! I do this too but with a little less info and I only add a toon to the list once it's hit 50.
