Really smart controllers.... Generally skip this. Even with KB to KD, it's far outperformed by other choices. Leave it T1, as a change is unwarranted. It's a good newby starting power, with some niche io use later. No vote on change to later selection. Yes vote on change from KB to KD.

Tank ATOs are very powerful. It's quite easy to stack 10-15% resist. I'm at 80-90% resist all on my invuln tank while attacking. No change needed.

So. First, read my posts in the other threads of people asking about dual blades. It hits around 450-480 dps. Only out done by STJ. It's very strong single target. It has 2 suprisingly good AoE. Read other threads I posted in, in this section Second, stalkers are not the AT for you if you want huge AoE. If you want good AoE, huge spike ST and one shotting bosses, not to mention soloing AVs, stalkers are for you. My DB, EA and BS stalkers were at +3 from lvl 25ish on, +4 from 35.

I'm sorry, you are incorrect. That's not how any of this works. Further, I'm not using pseudo-economics, please see the posts explaining why I know all this. And, I'm not the only one, many others are well versed in the subject, as evinced by their posts. You're willfully ignoring every person who has given you hard facts and evidence to support their claims.

Please see the many, MANY detailed explenations in this thread about supply, demand, equilibrium, dead-weight loss, inflation, normal vs inferior goods, substitute goods, deflation, determinates of supply and demand, price elasticity and more. I'm sorry, multiple statements you have postulated are not accurate, as they run contrary to economic principle.

First, your acronym as you wrote it is GREIF, not GRIEF, party foul. Second, it would be more appropriate to call it: "Operation Wilfull Negative Economic Determent" fix, or O.W.N.E.D. Why? Multiple EA toons here. The set is very powerful, especially on stalkers. I hit def soft cap by lvl 30. To the OP, I'm sorry but it's not the set, EA is amazing. It has end end recovery built in. EA is easily one of the strongest sets.

If you have the cash and follow the slotting and levels of powers, this build is incredibly tough by lvl 30, has high recharge and huge damage. I was at +3 from about 25 on. By mid 40s and perma hasten, it's a death machine. I just finished a Yin TF at 19 minutes. Last night on a team of 8 hunting AVs I took down infernal while the rest of the team was on Diabolique, and I didn't use any pets. Same group, killed marauder before the team could get to him, and at the end of the arc I was holding Olympian aggro while everyone cleared the room and had him to half health when they joined me. End isn't an issue once you have your energy drain, and at 35 with energize, you have self heal and end discount. The build is super fun. The only toon I think that can out DPS would be a STJ stalker, but not much.
