It seems that when DoT hits a certain point, they all run and much more than before. I'll test the same scrap in door missions tomorrow and AoE from other controllers and a scrap.

I stood in melee and spammed heal, usually they all try and clobber me. Most tried to run, and would then try and range attack. And run again. Next up, sentinel.
  7. Cap, just an FYI as I know you're busy; I've been testing other AoE's as well and MOB behavior is a significant increase in "harassed" regardless of AT or set. As soon as several DoT Rick, they scamper. For example, I used the AoE on a katana scrap, they ran. I had to chase them all down. On a sentinel, Whirlpool causes them to run, and geyser missed many. And then most ran and it takes much longer to run them down. On a SS tank, door stomp and they flee, I taunt and they don't return to melee. Just a few examples, I'll test tonight and post specifics.
  8. I understand your request, as it has been debated in many such posts. That said, similar to many others, I strongly vote no. Additionally, there are ways to move them via the vendor by converting 50 at a time. Sorry, I'm against this.
  9. Happened to me 4 months ago once. To fix, I went into base, opened editor and moved the portal near the wall in the entry way. Then I exited editor, logged out and back and went in to the base and because I had moved the portal, I was no longer stuck. I then opened editor and moved it back, cuz I like where it was, and have had no issues since.
  10. Just before this patch the scattering was happening to me on several AoE DoT, from 5-16 foes. I'll be testing tonight as mentioned. I'll also be testing the taunt -range, as I posted in feedback that on my tank foes are not moving to melee when taunted, staying put at range and ignoring the debuff on range.
  11. When I get home tonight I plan on testing 2 AoE sentinels, AoE on a tank, AoE on 3 controllers and AoE on 2 scraps. I'll report the findings.
  12. On the AoE DoTs I have used, they run pretty far too. Sometimes just right outside of the AoE, but some of them run for the hills.
  13. Do you mean burn still causes MOBs to flee? If so, perhaps there's a further issue. I notice this fleeing behavior on many DoT powers I had not seen triggering this behavior before.
  14. Any feedback on the increased "harrased" behavior of MOBs? I've perceived and tested this on several fronts, reporting test results on 50 water sentinel in Whirlpool. Foes seem to flee DoT en masse, and very quickly.
  15. Answers, 1. This is completely false. I loathe AE. I fund all my toons from normal play and never hurt for cash. Many 50's, all with full kit. My main tank was over 1 billion. Never set foot in AE. 2. Also false. Have you played incarnates? I'm beginning to think you have been mind snatched by AE. 3. Incorrect. I've never had any trouble buying any io. Also, converters. You can make anything shirt of a purple, and even then you can convert within category. 4. Brazenly false. You can find out all you need to know right here on the forums. Plenty of info here to get you fully informed Honestly, no one gave us an instruction manual the first time we figured it out, and wrote guides. This thread has a theme: I want it now, faster and easier. I suggest, stay out of AE, play the game, enjoy it and figure it out. Use miss/pines hero builder. Compared to games like King's Quest, figuring out this game is a cake walk.

  17. Further live testing: Same 50 Water/SR sentinel And Whirlpool... I cast and wait. After a few ticks of damage, every MOB freaks and moves out of the aoe. I'm wondering if there's more at play with enemy "aversion to damage" as they are much more inclined to flee, even with no aggro auras, procs or stacked damage. +4/8 various foes all flee Whirlpool, and Whirlpool is not nearly as high damage as other aoe dot.

  20. This would be significantly confusing for support toons, because I would have no clue if you were indeed stealthed. The translucency is a solid indicator that my toggle stealth, or my clickie buff on you is active, so I'd unfortunately be against this.

  22. While it may be desirable to increase the capability of the dwarf form to manage aggro, what exactly are you looking for from the AT? It seems as though we're just asking for more tankmagery, when my Warshade can already tri-form roflestomp things. Human form is very "tough" if you focus on it. There isn't a need to make it tougher inherently (very possible a hesitant maybe mez protection, but the AT was designed for form swapping and thus dwarf IS your protection), unlessss you're just wanting all three forms to be maxed in tandem, which is unacceptable. The AT was never meant to allow all forms to max out concurrently, there was always a path to choose, by design. This is how and why many of us love it. Built properly, they are very powerful. Now, could they use slight adjustment? Sure, but what the majority of these proposals cover is turning the AT into something it is not. Better aggro management in dwarf? sure, but probably not as solid as a tank. (Nearly there currently) Suppressed toggles that reactivate on human? Sure, great QoL (even though it's half way pointless, because if you slot up forms to be powerful, human is basically utility only) More slots built into forms by default, violating 67? Hmmm, let's be careful here and really think (as it is my mf'n ws is a wrecking ball) Revised inherent to be more synergistic with teams? No complaints, for utility Tone down KB on PB? Sure, but be careful. Maybe KU? Damage cap up 100% hmmm, getting iffy, maybe start at 50% Beyond this, I'd have to wager it's going to be problematic and I would solidly jranger. Even the items listed should be tested 1 at a time and in synergy. Slowly.

  25. I believe this was answered by a Dev and that it is coded and not easy to undue (I want to say hard coded, but I fear hat is not the proper term)
