That sounds about right, heck, I played coh back when it first came out and even I just floundered trying to play titan weapons. It's so damn slowwwww, and you really feel that as you're leveling up, especially if you miss. As for bio armor, it must be one of those sets that shines only at end game, I tried various archetypes with the set and couldn't stand them, only managing to get them into their upper 20s. TW only shines with set IOs, event at 50 TW sucks without significant end recovery.

If you want more AoE consider adding Spring Attack.

Most of the Shadow Shard TFs are solo-able. Sara Moore took me 2 hours to do trying to go as fast as I could. Most of the time spent was traveling.

Defense and melee usually gets squashed in PvP due to do the whole changes they made where it's near impossible to hit the soft cap in PvP. The most successful scrapper I've ever seen is broadsword/regen. Big bursty damage, click heals, some defense and resistance, and a metric ton of regeneration. That or just make a stalker and gank everyone.

That is a REALLY nice build. That resistance is really good. One thing that is tripping me out is the slotting for SL shows 33% recharge reduction but it's not slotted at all for recharge???

These are good, I like these proposed changes. I was hoping confront would actually be useful but it's only mag 1 so it doesn't do jack. I'm not running a 7.5% in GC for endurance reasons.

I'm having kind of the opposite experience. I've managed to get full IO / superior AIO sets and the build is definitely solid. However, it feels clunky for me even with perma hasten and plenty Luck of the Gambler slotted. The AoE clear just doesn't really compare to what I was getting on a Spines/Fire brute with equivalent investment. The single target is decent, but for that I felt my Illu/Rad controller outperformed it. What kind of end-game content should I be looking to do solo that this build excels at? So far, it feels like a jack of all trades master of none kind of deal. Ill/Rad will absolutely outperform just about anything in terms of damage output. This is a ST killer with ok AoE and tons of survivability. The benefits it has over other combinations are soul drain and siphon life. SL adds a heal that no other primary has. End game content you can almost solo 90% of the game, almost any AV minus boosted LR and the Crimson Prototype.

I am attempting to solo the market crash TF and need some pointers for beating the Crimson Prototype. I am having a hard time beating it's -hp debuffs that seem to ignore positional defense. I've tried popping big purples and oranges but that doesn't seem to be enough. Any advice? I am trying this on a Dark/Shield Scrapper.

The best solution to this is, kill them before they hit you.

Part of the issue stems from not being able to get them from a merit vendor. Although looking at the set the only appealing thing is the 5% melee defense but that doesn't really open my build up all that much so right now at 25m I don't see the added benefit.
