  1. Jump Kick I believe isn't considered much better.
  2. I can honestly say, I doubt I'd make use of Boxing or Kick if made into a useful attack. I'm trying to remember if Air Superiority was ever worth taking. I could swear there was a time. I know my Warshade has Arcane Bolt, taken, slotted and used because it's not only, if I recall correctly, better than some of it's other attacks, but really fit my concept well (obviously, the concept not being a WS :p) However, I'm not sure if there is to many combos where it would be better than tier 1/2? And for a lot of sets, it may not be worth it in the case of Boxing/Kick. Still a melee attack that may not go well with a lot of range characters. Boxing likely wouldn't be best if used with a weapon set at just tier 1/2 levels. Of course, I think best tier 1/2 levels in terms of damage, so for some it may turn out better for some sets than others.
  3. It could've meant that before, but now it doesn't have to. Also, since I said, make it match tier 1 or 2, I don't feel that's going to do to much for builds. Slots will be needed and since it's another tier 1, it likely won't be used.
  4. Or instead, how about they turn Boxing and Kick (and every other attack in a Power Pool) into a good attack? Honestly, I don't think it'd be game breaking to make those attack equal to the best tier 1 or 2 attack in the game?
  5. Energy Blast Power Bolt Power Blast Energy Torrent Maybe with something that makes them worth taking, more than just KB.
  6. I'd still replace the DMG/RCH IO for the ACC/RCH IO, but I like a bit higher ACC
  7. They pull off a little more damage, without any real worry about recharge in the attack, if they kept the DMG IO and replaced the DMG/RCH IO with the Proc.
  8. My first thought at quick glance is why Apoc set in the t1 attack and why aren't you making use of the Apoc Damage Proc anywhere?
  9. But I want a 180 degree cone!
  10. Same. I have an ice melee tho, as I just took Frozen Fists instead of Ice Sword and last I knew GIS wasn't any good.
  11. Well, I mean, we have poisoned daggers and plate armor already. Can probably pass a bow off as a Bow of Frost. 😛 Gauntlets? Yup! Wall-crawling may have an issue due to limits of game, same with grappling hooks. Wouldn't mind some web based power set, we do have weapons that do webbing. I'd argue we have secret identities with costume changing tho. 😛 Most secret identities are just that...not wearing a mask.
  12. I'm going to say go for... WP/Elec or Ice/Elec I'm not going to say WP is weak, but it can be boring for people and may be why it's not played as much. However, as a Tanker Defense Set, it'll be tough! Ice Armor may not be popular due to how it can effect your costume, but I believe it's lack of DDR doesn't make it popular either. I've made do solo with Elec, but it can be tough for many a player.
  13. Going to have to disagree. My Tanker is Fire/Axe, and I maxed out those resists and that makes a difference. Have the recharge to use Healing Flames often as well. And now, it just got +Regen and +HP, in addition to Phoenix Rising being able to heal you too. 90% Resists goes a long way 🙂
  14. And a non fire sword option would also be nice.

I did take two of the Pistol attacks, because, well, Pistols! 🙂 Also, if Thugs gets the update treatment the other MM sets did, then it'll be in the attacks and I'll be ready, also they're slotted with Force Feedback Procs. Wanted to avoid Hasten myself. Also, Time Stop could just go 5 slotted with the Purple set for more +RCH, which I still might do. Lvl 50, working on Incarnates and still undecided on that one.
  16. Axe/Ice Scrapper
  17. Donated, now at 74%
  18. In the case of the LotG: +Recharge IO, I'm not sure if it's level 19 (or 22) when that +RCH is available or always once slotted. I use attuned tho. However, if the +RCH bonus is always available and I'm just using the +RCH IO of the set and not anymore of the LotG set, I'd likely be better off numbers wise as a lvl 50 IO +5 if it's available ALWAYS. Still, I'll likely attune it, as I may use it for set one day, and I do have a habit of going "Okay, deslotting this one for this new one" 😛
  19. Like I said, first of the movies I ever saw. Couldn't be helped. I think I was 8.
  20. Good rule I follow... Purple IOs you never attune. They give the bonuses all the time. You +5 them. PvP IOs you never attune. They give the bonuses all the time. You use them as level 50 IOs (except I get the procs at lvl 10, so I can use them asap...this includes the +3% Defense and +5% Resist) and +5 them too! Anything else, unless you never exemp down...ATTUNE! 🙂
  21. It was the first thing of Highlander I ever saw, and when it's the first you see, it's not so bad 😛
  22. Well, not a vampire anymore. However, she's for sure a Blaster or Sentinel.
  23. Well, if the set is attuned, you're getting that 2.5% Defense bonus as early as level 18, no matter when the power is taken and slotted. It can be the level 47 power and you'll still get the bonus when exemp. The build I posted was softcapped by level 25 when exemp, and it was Maneuvers just adding additional defense after that. Just like you're going to have to slot the +3% Defense IOs to hit that softcap.
  24. Katana/Regen seems the right choice for a Highlander. Now, if it's just an immortal from the setting, generally you want a bladed weapon. However, as the series showed us, any weapon, even bare hands can work! Do you want MacLeod? Katana. If not, why not go War Mace and bash that head off! 😉 Tho Axe or Titan Weapon wouldn't be bad imo. Broadsword would work too.
  25. Love Axe on my Tanker, but should be stated, the AOE on the T9 is a small AOE and treated as a single target melee attack. It's like 3ft around the target. Which is one of the things I like about it and the other bigger AOE, based around a target. Feels like the one hits more targets than the one on Street Justice.
