Once I became capable of doing so, every new character gets their full complement of Attuned IOs/Purples sitting in either storage or trays, all of the Teleport P2W powers and a 8 hours of Amplifiers at level 1 (the mini-game within the game) and then their journey begins. The closest to power leveling that I come to is living in a perpetual state of Double XP until 50. I prefer to team with people when available and save story arcs for soloing when I feel like getting to them. The best are interactive teams that have players with engaging and enjoyable conversation, however, the silent teams are fine. If you ever play on Excelsior, then it’s likely that we will find ourselves teaming at some point. See you around.

If it’s the P2W powers, grant yourself influence and buy them. If it’s the temporary buffs that come from missions, day jobs and such, I don’t believe there currently is a way, no.

Its really good for aggro control on Tankers and works well with Proc damage. That said, it comes in dead last by a wide margin in every melee test that @Galaxy Brainhas run, so I would definitely agree that the set needs some adjustments.

When you get a chance, Captain, either bring these 💩💩💩 T9s up to par or just leave us a blank power slot.

Incarnate trial grinding? No thank you. I would rather not even both with the entire system than have to go through that again. The Gold-side mistake was making it another starting area instead a full-on Incarnate zone(s). If Kallisti Wharf ever gets upgraded, here’s to hoping the Homecoming team gives us another path for our journey as Incarnates protecting the City multiverse. As someone that dropped Invention entirely and paid for Store-bought Origins (Attuned IOs) exclusively the moment that they were released, the current Invention system adjustments are just fine. Where grinding for things appeals to you, starting new characters with full Attuned IO builds before they even earn a single point of experience is my preferred method of play. Let’s adopt the “don’t show me yours and I won’t show you mine” Philosophy, shall we? As has been referenced in this thread and many times on the forums, there is no need for “the sky is falling” theories . City does NOT conform to the same statistical tendencies as other MMOs and is pretty unique in that regard. At the current donation rate, it would be a decade (likely two) before worry about not having enough of that would even be a consideration.
