Just to clarify, @Koopak, you mean that if you swallow inspirations like Tic Tacs, it can be the strongest (because it has holes huge holes that match existing inspirations whereas there are no +HP or +regen inspirations that other armor sets can use to patch those needs)? Is that what you are arguing? That being said, I think there are basically a certain set of adjustments/fixes that we are all talking about: Most agree: Add a recharge debuff Add a regen debuff Front-loading heals (not just for Regen though) Some agree: Add a way to improve offensive output (+dmg buff in Reconstruction or Dull Pain, for example) Add an absorb shield (probably to dull pain) Add defense debuff Slightly controversial: Revert Instant Healing to a toggle Reduce the T9 to 60s (4x uptime, to reflect the formula used for Rad armor, this should be done for all armor T9s) Do nothing / nerf Regen Is there anything that I missed? Is there anything that should be moved up or down a tier?

Remember that things occur in reverse order, so I would put the bow last so that you have better timing. I would go: /bind F12 "local your powers are weak, $Target!$$em BowDown$$TargetCustomNext Player" And: /bind F11 "local your powers are weak, $Target!$$em BowDown" That way you have one for choosing a random player and one for choosing a player yourself.

Can everyone agree that: Regen underperforms compared to other sets a major weakness is the lack of debuff resistances another weakness is DPS loss due to clickies Regen offers a different style of play maintaining the active play while providing a benefit is ideal this does not mean that reverting Instant healing to a toggle is off the table Is there any disagreement on these points? Are there any other points of agreement?

Adding a slight build-up to heals and a larger build-up to MoG would definitely help out.

Regen has one of the best T9s, It allows for a different playstyle. It is a good way to learn about layering protections. It has its issues. One major issue is that the clicky playstyle requires more recharge than other armor builds and also causes a loss of DPS in high end content. It should definitely be given a once-over, but I don't agree with those that call it terrible.

Also, something that helps if you are soloing the TF badge is having the Shivan Shard... Actually works better than the Signature Summons...

Thanks, I was looking into that. It appears that it was supposed to be tied to the specific missions I listed, but due to bugs with the badges they ended up being linked to the maps themselves. As a result, while I have listed the official way to get those badges, there are other options. I was looking at flashback missions that could reward this, and it seems the earliest option is redside: 10-14 The Vahzilok Conference 06-16 If anyone knows a good mission accessible through Ouro, please let me know.

Cool, sounds like a bug but I will look into that.

Basically, I went through and organized what you need to get the four key accolades. Holograms, illusions, tulpas, or spirits... While the mechanics would have to change, using the animations from Illusion Control would be a good idea. You may want to put this in the Eco-Friendly Powerset Recycling thread...

One thing that you might want to consider is running Staff without Eye of the Storm or Sky Splitter. I have found that I get more benefit for extended conflicts maintaining perfection rather than spending it on "finisher" attacks. Just a thought. With Ice Armor, it is the OG layer build. Basically, rather than maxing out resist, defense, or regen, it is designed to find the balance between the three. It can be extremely powerful, but you are going to have to maintain your attacks so that you maintain fury as mobs won't feed your fury as much as other armors.

Regardless of AT what are your favorite builds without Hasten

Updated build: Vantablaq She dreamt of being an Angel of Vengeance. A little alien came to her and offered to make her dream come true... She is now that angel, but she can't shake that damn alien that has latched itself to her soul… HF Peacebringer 04 Vantablaq.mxd -
Drain Psyche works well with Electric... Ice stacks with the -Recharge and gives you a more troller feel that kinda matches the troller vibe of Mental... Dual Pistols is a common go-to for Blapper builds... Is there a theme or concept you have in mind?
-
I just didn't finish missions... I'd start it, run it at x8, and then leave without completing. Do that for each level and it's easy. Maybe not the most efficient, but it works.
-
You have Trilogy and Fireball that go to 50. It is possible to get to 50 Goldside sans AE...
-
I leveled a Dark/Electric Sentinel to 50 Goldside, and it was a really good fit for the content. So, I second your recommendation.

The first toon I rolled was in Ill/Storm troller, and even though I've changed her build throughout the years, she is still awesome. I have found a use for every single one of her powers at some point (in some version of the build) and she is a blast to play with! Also, knocking GMs on their posteriors is just a joy to behold! For Scrapper, I also like playing around with different styles of play, such as not taking finishers for Staff or Savage. I've found that the stack bonuses for those sets are often better than using the finishers... I have a Staff/WP toon that is just amazing amounts of fun!

01 Gypsy Night.mxd This is my current Ill/Storm build. It hits pretty hard and works well for both ST and AoE (Tornado + Water Spout ftw!) which is difficult with Ill/Storm. For this build I have binds on my number keys, /bind 0 PowExecLocation 0:5 Water Spout , so that I don't target the summons. For higher level content I rarely use my attacks. Casting Group Invisibility supplements Steamy Mist's stealth while also adding extra defense... I might be able to squeeze a little more damage out by adding some procs, but I found this is a good balance, and I don't have to worry about the upcoming proc adjustments. She does well against AVs. I tried her in monster island north of Peregrine, and was able to move the bar, but had endurance issues.

Flying units? I've got some ideas... Flying Nemesis Jaeger boss... The Jaegermeister! Flying Nemesis ponies... Kriegspony! A human-ish advanced automatons with flight and temporal powers... Zeitnehmer!

That would be especially nice for a cloak effect (with hood) that is currently very difficult to pull off.

Thank you, I should have been more specific about what I meant by "use configuration" but, sometimes I am busy, post a placeholder post that I plan to edit later, and forget...
-
Make sure that you use configuration to select attacked in Mid's. The in-combat defense bonuses are identical. You can slot the Stealth proc to get some stealth in your build if you choose that path... That being said, I have a lot of toons that use Hover+Evasive Maneuvers as my main movement (no combat suppression and nice and zippy!). I tend to pair that with TP to have super-fast movement across zones... but it costs a lot of slots...

Make Touch of Death (IO Set) level 50 instead of level 40.
Zepp replied to America's Angel's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
While changing all sets to cap at 50 would be good for build diversity, this would likely increase the cost of Luck of the Gambler - Increase Global Recharge as well as other expensive uncommon/rare enhancements as it will increase the average number of Enhancement converters to move from other enhancements to desired ones.
