  1. Here you go: SkullsRaveMusic_loop.ogg It's on the wiki but not linked to any pages, I'll add some links to it so it's easier to find. And it is a pretty bangin' track!
  2. I've done a number of various binds, most of which are stored in sub-folders, and have never needed the ./ notation (or to specify the full path) for them to work properly under Windows 10. I had to adjust the relative path slightly when I migrated from Tequila to the HC launcher, but other than that just using bare relative paths has always worked fine for me.
  3. Yep, I was going to start working on it tonight. I needed the new texture from the Beta piggs or I probably would have started on it last night. I have a minor fix for the Abandoned Sewer Network map, along with doing a prelim Echo Plaza map as well.
  4. Users of the freebies menu should be advised that attempting to grant full sets of non-attuned Gaussian's Synchronized Fire Control enhancements will fail. I have corrected the issue, searched extensively for similar issues in other sets (I found none, although my search was not exhaustive), and submitted the corrected version to Faultline for inclusion in the next patch. Granting individual Gaussian's enhancements still works, as does granting full sets of attuned Gaussian's enhancements, so I recommend either of those options until the corrected menu is patched. EDIT: Users may also manually grant full sets of non-attuned Gaussian's using the following chat command, where <level> is the desired level of the set: /boostset Gaussians_Synchronized_Fire-Control <level> Many thanks to discord user Spector for noticing and reporting the issue!
  5. Just to be crystal clear, the quote of mine that you posted isn't my statement. I was quoting a historic bug note from the LGTF wiki page. I just don't want folks to think I said something that I did not. EDIT: Here's what I said in my original post, for context: On 13-Aug-2007, a bug note was added to the LGTF wiki page stating "Any character over level 35 can join the TF as long as they are sidekicked to an effective combat level of 45 or greater."
  6. As I was wrapping this up to give to the devs I realized that there were no in-menu instructions for how to use the 'Custom Level' enhancement option, so I added those instructions as a menu item. See the screenshot below. I also tweaked the wording of the Mids' Reborn instructions a bit. This is live on the Beta server now so no more need to install any files. I don't have any future plans for this menu at the moment other than maintenance if there are bugs or if commands are added/changed.
  7. I created an updated Siren's Call map recently, with the goal of maintaining VidiotMaps high level of quality. I've updated several other maps as well. Here's the post with the Siren's Call map, and there are links in that post to the other maps I have made.
  8. I left a more detailed reply there. As you noted, when/if this will be corrected is uncertain, and I think this is a minor enough issue that it won't hurt to wait on updating Badger, VidiotMaps, etc. until it is potentially resolved. Thanks for bringing it up, though! I was a bit embarrassed at having previously been to the Disciple wiki page several times and not having noticed the historical notes there before that alluded to this issue.
  9. Long story short, I think this is what is happening. Long story long:
  10. I'm looking into it. If it does turn out to be an error I can either directly correct, or submit corrections to, all of those resources. I've encountered badges that don't track correctly before, so my initial guess is that is likely what is happening here.
  11. You might have seen this already, but there was another project being worked on that offered web-based functionality. That thread has not been updated in a while, though.
  12. I let this project slide a little, but that allowed me to add two final features that I hope will prove useful. Mids' Reborn, since version 3.0.0.0, allows one to export a popmenu containing two commands that grant all the enhancements contained in the build. The features I added provide instructions for exporting the Mids' Reborn enhancement-granting popmenu, as well as a command that opens that enhancement-granting popmenu once it is exported. Here's a screenshot of the new features (highlighted by red bracket): The addition of these features, along with the level-, patron pool-, and accolade-granting features that are already a part of the freebies menu, should provide the equivalent functionality of the Discord-based build export tool described in this post. I tried to make the export directions as clear and concise as possible, while also providing a little background for players who may not be familiar with that particular feature of Mids' Reborn. I am open to feedback if those directions can be made more clear. The updated menu is now live as the default freebies menu on the Beta server. As always, feedback is welcome, and I plan to pass this along to the devs within the next week or so (and I mean it this time!).
  13. This is a bug that most folks will probably never encounter, but I figured I would document it all the same. I tried opening a popmenu from within another popmenu, and a side effect was that some of my mouse and keyboard input was no longer recognized. Specifically, I could still move the mouse cursor and left click UI elements, but the right click button and scroll wheel ceased to function. Keyboard input recognition completely ceased unless I left-clicked in the chat bar to initiate chat input, in which case I could type text/commands into the chat bar. Keybinds and other direct keyboard input, though, were no longer recognized at all. The specific command that caused the issue looked like: Option "Open Test Menu" "popmenu poptest2" Exiting the game completely and restarting the game restored full mouse/keyboard functionality. In my effort to create some test popmenus to replicate the issue, I discovered another oddity. The above bug only occurred if the above command was placed within a sub-menu of the popmenu in question. If the above command was placed on the top level of the popmenu, I could use that command without losing mouse/keyboard input. Here's an illustrative screenshot: I've attached two test popmenus (poptest1.mnu and poptest2.mnu) that allow replication of this bug. Place both .mnu files in the <CoH root folder>\data\texts\English\menus folder, and open the first menu with the following chat command: /popmenu poptest1 The menu that opens should match the screenshot above. The top-level command, marked as (Working), should not cause the bug. The command nested within the 'Open Menu' sub-menu, marked as (Bugged), should cause the bug described above. Both should open a second popmenu that contains an option for sending a test tell to oneself. poptest1.mnu poptest2.mnu
  14. Did you by chance recently switch from Tequila to the HC Launcher? Sounds like perhaps you are just missing some of the maps and may need to do a fresh re-install of all the vidiotmap updates. To see if that is the case, please have a look in (going from the directory structure you mentioned): D:\Games\Homecoming\data\texture_library\MAPS\static Look for two files named: map_city_02_01.texture map_city_02_02.texture Those are the maps for Steel Canyon and Skyway City. If those two files are there, then I am not quite sure what the issue might be. If those two files are not there, then a fresh re-install might be the best option. EDIT: The information below is outdated. The new method for vidiotmap installation is here: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/37216-vidiotmaps-for-homecoming/ If you want to do a fresh re-install, I highly recommend the CoH Modder tool as the easiest route. The mod you want is called VidiotMaps I26 (see this post for current version number). If you prefer manual re-install, here's how:
  15. I know nothing about CoH installs on a Mac so I am afraid I can't answer that one. There are some Mac-related threads in the Help and Support forum so you might try there.
  16. Off the top of my head, and without better info from which to speculate, I'd guess that the maps were not installed in the correct folder. The original post has info about the correct install locations. I also list the install locations at the top of the spoilered sections for each of the maps I have updated. Or if you use CoH Modder, it should install to the correct folders as long as you point it to the correct CoH installation.
  17. Based on the scaling factors from the wiki (specifically the table under 'Details', number 3) those numbers look correct. I am far from an expert on exemplaring, though.
  18. The most recent updates are available at this link: Click here for updated maps Although, from the issues you describe, I wonder if the problem is something other than outdated VidiotMap files.
  19. I posted an updated Abandoned Sewer Network map at this link. As far as I could tell the existing Sewer Network map already incorporates the recent changes.
  20. I did a little digging and your recollection checks out. Here are the particulars:
  21. Looks like the devs sneaked a name change in for that badge recently, as up until a month or two ago it was called 'Battle Hardened' (without the hyphen). That's probably what is causing it not to be picked up. As for the other missing badge, it might be one of the recent badges that were added, Complicated or Legendary. I'll send xeaon a PM with the info for Battle-Hardened as well as those two new badges in case they need to be updated/added.
  22. I came to a similar conclusion! I used it on a popmenu I made a few months ago, and it was a little awkward at first, but it didn't take long to adjust to hitting enter.
  23. The only workaround I have found is to use 'beginchat /bind_load_file' as the command. That way when you make the popmenu selection, it will populate that chat bar with the command you want, and you'll need to hit enter once or twice to send the command. It's not ideal, but it is the only way I have found to effectively load binds from a popmenu without zoning. This old bug report thread might have a little more background info.
  24. On the Sewer Network map, it is closed off. On the Abandoned Sewer Network map, which is a different map, there are some additional tunnels, which is where you will find the new location of the Living Dark badge.
