  4. you should post your graphic settings for the neophytes who might enjoy.
  5. The game is easy player friendly to start with a lot to learn for new players (without blocking fun). It ebbs and flows a little while leveling. Later in the game it does get too easy if someone is leveraging accolades, set bonuses, incarnates, p2w, empowerment buffs, temps, etc. Folks simply surpass current content. However if someone is using maybe 2 of the listed it may not be 'too easy'. If they are only using 1 high level content is definitely not 'too easy'.

  8. No need to over complicate it. Bone Smash works. Old ET works. Old TF stuns. The other quick attacks help stack and damage. This is why folks want the former Energy Melee back.. and then possibly make some adjustments. Making Energy Transfer less effective to boost other things.. no thanks.

  11. PFF early on is pretty set defining and kinda awesome. Detention field and Repulsion field are definitely where an opportunity may lay. +absorb does seem appropriately force field-ish. nickle's worth
  12. Off the top of my head: pre 2008 energy melee nerf, I believe there was a competitive event where 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place all went to energy melee characters.. it was already understood that it was an over performer.
  13. survive-ability / utility.. I'd jump to guess. In other news: Full Auto as a bullet shield toggle would be one heck of an animation.

(just trying to keep it a light thread rather than too serious, but not a place where good ideas go to die. threading the needle) Maybe as difficulty increased max number of targets for AoE would decrease.. could something like this be a simpler version of the same concept? (just spitballing) ____ _ ____ _ ____ _ ____ _ ____ _ ____ I liked the idea of large minions and tiny bosses for a faction. Kinda flip-flopped Shivans with some tiny bosses. (side note: i used to have a re-occurring effect in dreams where, regardless of the dream, all the the people grew or expanded filling the space)

  22. #3 - yeah It has seemed there could be a buildup + control that could have a better chance to do something against harder targets. Alas, there's no toggle dropping hard targets or draining endurance to zero and having it do anything meaningful. #6 - okay i get that. I do like where a T9 is or could be set defining. Thanks!

  24. definitely. Ideally dev effort applied to add to the game is preferred. Not remove. This is the way. Granted, sometimes things get broken or create an issue and need to be addressed but again, ideally, these are infrequent.
