Rubbish Other items: Aid self is really sloooow. I totally use stealth pre 50. I don't love having to take another power to get phase shift but it is what it is. I'm not in favor of giving access to an additional pool in a build. Trade offs are part of the game. New pools would be interesting. Should we be able to create builds that rely heavily of the pool powers?

The pool powers provide a lot of flexibility and flavor. It's tough to say "just ignore the min/maxers" they may have some good points but their use of the pool powers may be different from the average player or the role playing folks.

I talked myself into rolling a dual blades.. and then deleted it. Couldn't do staff fighting even though I'd like to. I am not in favor of any more combo system type mechanics.

so many directions that could be chosen.. Dominator with electric and energy powers Stalker with staff fighting that can't be hit, can wave their hand in an enemies face to disappear after trapping them in an electric prison. Scrapper.. Blaster.. ..and on and on.

Please keep the politics out of the escape that the game provides. While appreciating the sentiment, this could be perceived as trolling folks of a different opinion and could quickly devolve into a topic where things are said that then have to be policed by moderators. -peace

Ooo don't forget sorting by archetype, powerset, alignment, gender/body type,.. It's a good request that had been around but never percolated to the top. The same functionality would be great for salvage, storage, recipes, black market, anywhere thing pile up. c'est la vie

whoa whoa whoa.. what's wrong with battle ax? Lots of knockup & down plus an inherent hit bonus. It is effective. Not as mush aoe as many, and no wierd mechanic. It's simple limiting factor is similar to MA where it's damage is lethal. (MA is smashing)

@Redlynne seems to have a pretty good grasp on the good and meh related to MA. Most succinctly: "Raise the minimums to reduce variability while holding the line on the performance maximums." This could be enough of a performance increase without the associated power creep.

I'll take a look and report. It is likely one setting is the culprit, totally made the difference. That graphics card fan noise was super annoying. Lowering the graphic settings and then slowly raising individual gfx settings without the fan having to kick in worked for me.
