  3. Does the following affect other players knockup like Mass Levitate? Aria of 10000.00%% resistance to knockup for 15.00s on target Ignores buffs and enhancements unresistable Also, the sounds can be a bit harsh/low. Nicely neutral between genders though.

  12. I, *shudders*, sort of agree with @ShardWarrior. 😉 Could Fort Trident also include a super group registrar or a 'make-your-own-base' NPC which provides some info and directions to the super group registrar? It seems to have almost everything else..

  17. Sniped.. two days isn't sniped, but I'd like to reiterate. On Live: Renaming a character with a used name results in an error and the timer is reset. This is a very fast way to reset those timers. Correct, this does not happen on Beta. Whatever the difference is could be missed or unexpected when going live. If it is known and on a list somewhere, swell.

  19. BF, Is there one of the four Custom Enemy bullet points that would be okay? Or is there one that is the worst part of the change? Custom Enemy Changes Power point values for all Custom Enemy powers have been normalized. Some powersets in the same category were set below standard point values and some were set above. This means existing AE arcs may need adjusting if any custom enemies were using the bare-minimum power selection for max rewards with powersets that were above the standard values for that type. Custom Enemy powers that require the target be grounded are no longer calculated as ranged attacks for point value purposes. All Custom Enemy ranged attacks have a minimum range of 80ft. *Realizing we are asked not to debate with other players*
  20. My understanding is that pulling over the cap targets will still spill aggro onto a team. When taunt is used, which mobs are in the cap should shuffle based on when the re-evaluate happens. (maybe this allows a tank to hold more than the cap.. briefly) This I look forward to solo.

  22. These changes look encouraging for player created content. Excited to see what players can come up with for interesting new enemies. *Gasp* Actually, the changes that look to be impactful to 'AE farming' lean toward being fairly reasonable and seem to respect that there are players who enjoy these activities. Proposed changes could have or maybe should have been much stronger, could have easily been an over correction, or even killed these activities outright. With the number of claims seen on "farming a T4 50 in _ hours" & "make ________ infamy per hour", what did folks think would happen?
