lol no they dont, since i primarily play a peace-bringer, its always, ive played that class but didnt like the constant form swapping so gave up. First impressions are always what happens. People want the easy option, not interested in putting hard work into anything. Plus no one is interested in class balance, mainly because people are comfortable right now that they have chosen the flavour of the month/year.

Your wrong with ESO, ESO started off with each zone being set at a certain level and as you progressed you moved to a high difficulty zone. This changed to where everyone was fighting as if they where maximum level and the player level only effected attributes collected and gear level up to level 160. GW2 Doesnt auto level you but you are exemplered down based on the map you are in, so a high level player isnt automatically overpowered. ESO is definitely a better system since everyone can play with each other and level is irrelevant unless participating in certain dungeons.

Proc is defo usefull even if its only 5% base hp.

I was advised to post it as a bug by a gm on the discord chat channel. Im currently using 1 enhancement and my peacebringer. Regardless of current hp or any archetype that has access to +hp as a power or has set bonuses, the enhancement only goes by your classes base hp which is not stated on the enhancement. Hence why I was asked to post this issue here.

At the moment, the enhancement currently states that it heals with a proc rate of 3 times per minute and 5% of your maximum hp. Currently live, the heal only gives 5% of the players maximum base hp and does not include external influences that increases a characters hp level. This includes autos, toggles (Dwarf Form) or enhancements (Unbreakable Guard +7.5%) or set bonuses. To conclude, the description needs to be changed to state maximum base hp or the calculations of the heal are bugged if it does not include external hp increase sources.

My build has perma hasten and lightform regardless on incarnates. My psionic is only 27% but im using musculature paragon core rather than spiritual.

Point is, the resistance was very useful before the introduction of incarnates and ios, the inherent hasnt changed even if the game has.

Devs asked a question I answered, just because you dont like the answer doest means its still not valid. End game is still endgame and why should part of the inherent get invalidated as I put more time and effort into the character? 5% resistance and 5% defence instead of pure resistance could be a fix.

Kheld is good until 50 and have access to ios and incarnates. Its so easy to cap resistances especially with perma hasten and lightform.

Defenders inherent is up to 30% damage increase depending on team size which is good, but the endurance reduction based on the overall health of team doesnt do much if the defenders primary role is buff/debuff with no healing. EG A force field defender as a pro-active buff set has limited to no benefit to reduced endurance cost of abilities.

Think making the game harder would only benefit those classes and builds that easy to solo level up. This would to a point force players to instead of having a variety of different power pools, youl be locked into leveling x class with x abilities just to either compete or stay alive. It could also lead to lfg group literally turning into a WoW lookalike, eg looking for melee dps, scrappers and brutes only or blasters for ranged. -
Im looking forward to 2 things, changes to Keldians and see what could be done with Sentinel inherent.

Agree with them needing some love, but didnt say it was down to damage buff. Trying to make point that HEATs where balance between offensive and defensive, not as powerful as blaster or as defensive as tanker/brute, more of a jack of all trades. But now tanks can range as good as a pb (excluding novas 40%) and their melee hits harder. Im not sure how to balance the pb as like you said, they can change form on a dime depending on situation.

Always feel that Keldians are always left out, before the buff, I felt they where placed just ahead of a tanks damage with a reduced damage mitigation. Now that tanks have a 0.95 damage modifier, they have been overtaken. So where does this leave them? bottom of the melee damage list.

Essence Transfer chance to heal problem

Luckily for me, I tried this enhancement on test servers on my peacebringer, and results for me where it wasnt worth slotting, the proc chance and heal are way to low (heal was something around 50hp) and inconsistent with proc with different attacks. -
For me, i dont have toggles, but it what is annoying is all buffs and debuffs cant be used in forms, even temporary powers cant be used in forms. I have to time it right if im tanking to activate hasten, if im doing damage, its coming out of nova every 30 or so seconds for inner light as well as hasten etc.

Il bite, combustion on dominator does 29.2 vs blasters 27.81 initial damage. The dots are 5.84 x 8 for dominator and 5.56 x 10 for blaster. Dominator deals more damage but blasters has been edited outside modifer to make it deal more damage and reduced cooldown.
