  1. That is weird, since ive just installed it, run it, downloaded or sideloaded and started the game just fine, and I have BitDefender
  2. Thats lame, just make it so every ability has a base cd of 0 seconds for 2 minutes, sounds about fair and balanced
  3. How would locking trays effect macros that change bottom tray? would these continue to work as intended and the arrow be the only part that is locked/removed?
  4. You still can use enterbasefrompassword whilst in forms. All you need to do is activate long range teleporter allow the menu to appear, then you click the enterbasefrompassword macro, and presto, your in the sg base. LRT will however enter cooldown.
  5. Self targeting buffs, would this be something a defender can only do, or would this extend to corruptors and controllers?
  6. Why? and what other abilities are you comparing it to? Other than its longer cast time, does more damage, shorter recharge than SS punch.
  7. It does have its uses and it does work, but its not much of a defensive ability considering its limited range and proc chance, 15ft would be better or even 20ft would be an awesome buff with endurance increase to balance.

I dont see some incarnates as power creep but ability for some builds to become more viable at end game, low damage archytypes can finally dish out some damage with judgements or heavy endurance builds can be alleviated with specific alphas and or destinies etc. If incarnates should be limited to 50+ content, then powers and builds should be adjusted to ensure every archytype and power sets are as viable as any other. Incarnates should boost your character, not fix them.
  10. tbh, a good team would recognise a keldian in group, and when I am not playing my WS, its nice feature to look out for them if there is a keldian in group.
  11. Question, are accurate based on healing both self and group heal more due to being able to miss than those heals which dont use accuracy?
  12. tbh, I would change how defence works and to-hit, but I doudt the engine is capable of doing what I would suggest as a solution.
  13. Wouldnt mind having a customisable alpha, ability to choose from selection buffs and debuffs to better suit your character. But to do so, would need to unlock every alpha both left and right side as a requirement.
  14. With the removal of SG macro, would people object if maximum speed cap of fly, jump and superspeed is increased for that they can benefit fully from slotting speed boosting ios either from sets or single enhancements?

Mental Manipulation, with telekinetic thrust a good defensive option being moved up and world of confusion replacing it, will world of confusion be buffed to be more comparable to other blaster secondary's such as radius so the removal of a good defensive power is not being replaced with a power that is only useful for io set bonuses? For someone who was confused, telekinetic thrust is a single target melee knockback (KB) ability, enables someone to kb an opponent out of melee range keeping your self safer. World of Confusion is a 8ft radious or melee is ft so its 1ft more than melee range which does minor damage and could confuse your target also preventing damage. But the 8ft radious isnt as good as some of the 15 to 20ft radious of other blaster secondaries and the proc rate for confuse is not reliable.
  16. Currently taking it for global recharge but for cosmetic effect, but if dont get enough support for change, nothing will happen, can only hope for possible change before new issue gets released.
  17. Unfortunately, without having more support for change, nothing will happen which is a shame, this ability like you said could be something more useful and is in need of being looked at.
  18. Can anyone give me a good reason as to why its range is only 8ft, damage is low, low confuse chance and 2sec confuse duration fully slotted? I can understand it only costs 0.13 end/sec, but would I be the only one who would like range incraese to be comparable to other blaster secondary aoe toggles even if it meant a endurance increase?
  19. Psionic secondary, world of confusion, will there be a better info stats on the abilities chance to confuse as the info doesnt show % chance or confuse duration.
  20. The devs have access the statistics, just need to look at least used power set/archytype is and then ask why.
  21. Due to every attack and the enhancement effecting base damage, this will only benefit those archytypes with higher base damage than those with lower, the damage proc does same damage regardless of class and therefore is balanced.
  22. True, its a good argument if it goes live for both keldian and electric melee changes.
  23. Only going to say, your request for incandescent strike to have a shorter animation as a 100% never will happen. This animation isnt just used on peacebringer but is also used on other melee attacks, such as total focus, thunder strike
