Well if they're your friends they can change the sounds too. Everyone else is just gonna have to bear it.

I'm only trying to preserve the integrity of the game, and prevent the devs from ever changing anything that might lead to even the tiniest amount of power creep, which I think we both know would destroy the game as we know it. I would think considering your extreme vocal displeasure at every single change ever made (or even suggested) you'd appreciate my efforts. 🤷

Nah man, I know you're sorry about all the recent power creep, I get it, it really has to be stopped. But it just takes too much time to post a wall of text as to why any changes no matter how small would result in an unacceptable amount of power creep and therefore cannot in any way be implemented. I'm just shortening it to let everyone know how much I hate all their ideas and that I'm still mad the game isn't on issue 0, exactly as the live devs envisioned it. 👍

For real. The last time they tried to change Rage the "we can't possibly ever change any part of the game ever POWER CREEP!!!" brigade lost the goddamned minds and the changes were rolled back. These losers are the reason we can't have nice things.

Sorry, since this would result in power creep due to a greater time/reward ratio it can't possibly be done unless the rewards were severely nerfed. The live devs very carefully crafted TFs to precise measurements and any deviation will result in an unacceptable amount power creep and simply cannot be made. Those are the power creep rules. 🤷‍♂️

My saying the Earth is round also doesn't make it so. But yet, it is. Any concept of power creep in this game was thrown out the window with the IO system and then snapped in half by Incarnates, making it painfully obvious the live devs didn't give a shart about power creep. Using it as a constant excuse as to why any number of minor and/or QoL improvements simply cannot be made is really old and tired at this point, and is deserving of all the ridicule and scorn we can muster and throw at it.

Power creep, no matter how many times it's repeated, it not a valid point, and instantly makes one's argument null and void. It's just sadly comical at this point, and worthy of a drinking game.
