WAAAAAAY overthinking it. The set names are just to be able to distinguish them from similar sets of other ATs. Dominators get Assault sets, Blasters get Manipulation sets, etc. But it's just a name. Pick whichever powers in any given set you wish.

Phantasm, Animate Stone, and Singularity are the only Controller/Dom pets that can use Sudden Acceleration. Don't really know why.

LOL, that's literally all it does, add some fire damage to all your attacks for a brief period of time.

It only does damage with Fiery Embrace, same as Hand Clap.

Storm Cell applies a small speed and tohit debuff even if you don't attack. Cat 5 doesn't have a fear component so critters won't try and run out of it, but they will aggro and move towards you because you're doing damage to them.

Always seems to be one of these jackasses that shows up. Like the ones that zoom in and start attacking a zone GM while people are still trying to form up a league. Some people never learned it's not all about them 24/7.

Jet Stream on a target outside of a Storm Cell gets a short repel. Inside a Storm Cell it's automatically converted to knockdown. The lightning procs in Storm Cell and Cat 5 do knockdown, but standard KD rules apply, i.e. if they're a lower level than you or a group that's susceptible to KB (e.g. Clockwork) that KD is gonna be KB. This isn't an issue with Storm Blast, it's just the way KD/KB works in the game.

You don't need KB2KD IOs in either.

It's never had matching boots or gloves.

Honestly I can't say I see it either, but then again most of the time I'm playing and not paying that much attention to chat.

I'm pretty sure when you file a report it includes a copy of the chat log. Not sure about a screenshot. Possibly.
