Unless this release was full of s***, I think you can find the information at OuroDev in the magnet links page, in a file named "Paragon Data Directory Dump", or Faptastic.7z. At least that's where I found what looks like the information in an Excel sheet in the Defs\powers\src directory in a file just called Boosts.xls, which might be the powers data that @Number Six is referencing, in the AdditionalPowerAttribs field that appears to confirm a 4.5 ProcPerMinute, at least for this power: I seem to recall vaguely Castle at one point mentioning on the forums that he didn't code, that instead he used Excel sheets. This seems to suggest that these are in fact what Castle used to "make" the power balancing act happen, as that folder is FILLED with different spreadsheets, and if you look at the code of the .powers files that you can find in the Defs\powers\directory, the very first line of each references a tool named "XLStoPowerDef": That is, at least, unless that release was all full of s***, as I said... regardless, I can't find the tool itself in that release, but if I had more Time™, I'm sure I could recreate it, as I did with my Powers Checker Parser before I realized that directory existed tonight... 😮

And that's probably where you're going wrong, this is a game, it's made to be played for fun. There is no "supposed to", play however you want to, as long as it doesn't violate the code of conduct. You want to play the entire game with nothing but SOS at +0x1 ? Go for it. You want to play the game at Max difficulty with full incarnate slots? Go for it. You want to sit in wentworth's and just do nothing but play the market all day long? Go for it. It's your GAME, play it however you want to. GO. HUNT. KILL SKULS. Or don't, whatever.- 138 replies

This right here. This is what keeps me coming to these forums... the fact that a piece of innuendo can be immediately followed by a heartfelt personal story, immediately followed by some jackanape getting all meta about how the forum and community works, all existing in peaceful harmony side by side by side. I love it!

If someone buying ALL of the LotG on the market and attempting to sell them for $12M this is your concern, I don't share it. Why? A couple of reasons: The game is playable as-is with just SOs. Even Incarnate level content can be played, with just SOs and the stuff that you earn by playing Incarnate content. Now, you might NOT be able to play at the vaunted +4x8 setting that you might desire, but that's why "uber 1337" builds are there as an OPTION. But they are absolutely not required to play the game, from level 0 to level 53i+. They just aren't. This is provable, indisputable fact. Thus, "regular" players (whom I would assume you mean those that want to play while ignoring the market, correct me if I'm wrong), can absolutely play the game without any Auction House activity, let alone "having to have" a single LotG enhancement. Nobody has to, or is forced to ever buy an exorbitantly priced good, because as has been stated before, there's alternatives to that AH system: People can spend Reward Merits People can directly trade with each other in person People can even just post a lower bid and wait it out, and they WILL get that enhancement, eventually (maybe not RITE NAO, but eventually) As such, this person that attempted to "corner the market" more than likely just LOST a whole bunch of influence from listing fees that they will never get back, or they'll just sit in their inventory taking space until someone else who's willing to pay that ridiculous price because they want it RITE NAO does so, and then nobody loses, because it's a social/economic contract that they've both agreed to, everybody's happy. The market (as it stands), works. I do not share this concern. Ah, so you've changed your concerns from a single blip in the market to "the HC Devs haven't given you their economic policy statement". What are you expecting from them, exactly? What are you expecting to state, and in what format? Are you expecting a Keynesian prospectus? Are you expecting a political type briefing/study on the market's current state? Are you expecting them to actually give you a list of their "desired prices" for all items available on the auction house? Or are you just expecting them to say "we want y'all te have fun, ya hear"?- 138 replies

There's also my powers checker, which just gives you the raw data from the Issue 25 code, you'll have to read it and figure out what that raw data means for yourself though... http://www.cityofplayers.com/pks-tools/ To alleviate any concerns about running an EXE file (@EggKookoo) ... I've also given the source code on the page for anyone to inspect if they wish.

Just trying to make sure that everyone realizes that we're talking about pretend money in a pretend world, and that nothing REALLY important is on the line here. I hope everyone keeps some perspective. Sure, let's talk about things and make things easier/better for everyone, but not at the cost of civility. And in my opinion, SUR's tone hasn't been totally civil in this thread, at the least a bit... abrasive. Let's try to keep things civil, if not jovial, please. I don't want to have to ignore anyone here. I hate doing that for anyone but obvious trolls/jerks.- 138 replies

I had my cat make a character for me by walking on the keyboard and playing with the mouse. It took a few hours, but then I ended up with a Spines/Regen Scrapper named "Pltblegyioc"! -
Interesting. Another path you can take to troubleshoot this is to see if it's somehow related to your internet connection, have you tried switching to a cell phone based wifi hotspot and see if you have the same results on the same computer? It sounds crazy but it's a possibility.

Yeah, but then that'd still require having an icon on your power tray to turn OFF either Fly or Hover. My power tray space is limited, so I wanted to use NO icons to turn it off, thus my rotating binds.

Silly question: have you tried one or more alternate browsers to see if you can make it work with any? I'd suggest trying Firefox and *gasp* Internet Explorer, just for testing purposes.
