I teamed a few times with her. Always a delight to have on a team. I knew I hadn't seen her in game in a while. My condolences to her family and friends.

I intensely dislike the Shadow Shard in it's entirety. I avoid the Task Forces there like the plague. Only time I am even tempted is when they are the Bonus Merit TF's and even then I look for a speed run. For "normal" Task Forces, Synapse, Citadel and Numina are the ones that are just too long. Each of these could be shortened by a lot and still retain the flavor. Too many kill alls, street hunts, etc. Just not fun to spend over an hour slogging through content with no real story to be told.

You are correct sir. But it is the 13th installment of the Ebil series and it is Friday. I call it close enough. 🙂

I think this is related to the way Mercy is laid out in game. There are areas that are "hidden" until the player does certain arcs/missions. Once the "unlock" is complete the area shifts to a different view. I believe you are experiencing this as sometimes the areas are visible from a distance, yet change once you approach. It has been like this since CoV launch.

For collecting I use: Most of these shown here are screenshots of the Information panel in game. Menu -> Personal Info. I use the Snip and Sketch tool built into Windows 10 to grab and save the screenshot.

The past year has certainly felt like Groundhog day, at least to me. Working from home has it's benefits, but at times I miss the office. Not the commute, but seeing coworkers that I like. What does this have to do with Ebil Marketing? Not much except for doing the same thing over and over again to make influence. I got tired of my usual efforts and set out to explore new boundaries. Without giving away too much, I decided to do a buy low, sell slightly higher strategy. It worked exceedingly well. So well that I am taking a break from marketing since I have my current needs met. I'm not going anywhere, just not playing the market for a while. Next time I need buckets of influence I know where I will start my efforts. How are things going for you in Game and out? Did you find a super niche that is doing you good? Or did you get into the Gamestop debacle in Real Life? Or possibly invest in Dogecoin? Myself I skipped Gamestop, it seemed too risky. I did dabble in Doge and made a little money before it started goin back down.

The build could use a bit more Recovery. End can be an issue in longer fights, but I haven't bothered to go back and see if I can fix it. Incarnate abilities take care of the issue currently.

I had forgotten Pither. It isn't hard, but you do have to be mindful of the timers.

You can get all the badges with any character starting from any alignment. Null the Gull in Pocket D can change your alignment for this purpose. You cannot miss any badges. Ouroboros sees to that. There really isn't a preferred or 'better' archetype. The only way the archetype matters is this; You are going to be playing it a lot. It's more important than you like it than trying to play something someone else likes. I badged during Live on a Spines/Regen scrapper. It was not fun for a lot of reasons. Mainly, I just didn't enjoy playing the toon after the Regen nerfs. Now I badge on an Ill/Rad controller. Much more enjoyable since I like the powerset. Only suggestion here is to be sure you build the character well. I have went through about four respec's and spent a billion or so influence getting my badger to be mostly invincible. Not required, but it has made things easier for me to do solo. Play what you want. It's all about having fun.

Looks like he got quite a bit extra. I tossed some influence into the pile as well.

Unfortunately, we have all done it. I have no idea how much I have lost fat fingering a number in the auction house, but I know it is well into the high millions and possibly a billion or more. It would be nice if the AH had some sort of mechanism that compared bids to offers ad asked if you are sure you want to bid that much, but it doesn't. Ces't la vie.

There seems to be something really broken with .Net. lately. Like @Hyperstrike I tried everything to get my programs to work. Mids wasn't affected, but I couldn't use my mail program and TurboTax wouldn't run. I never did figure it out after two months of Googling and tons of help desk support. I finally gave up and did a reinstall of Windows and it all woks fine now. Not that I am suggesting reinstallation as a fix, just information that this probably isn't just a one person issue.

Try auto-arranging the slots. Seems to fix this for me. Slots/Enhancements -> Slots -> Auto Arrange Slots

Since you can still use the passcode in conjunction with the Long Range Teleporter, it hasn't affected me one bit. I like you, find it to be a lot nicer system than the old way. (I can't believe I am agreeing with Flea, *looks around for sulfur and brimstone raining from the heavens)

IIRC Windfall was only nerfed in AE.

Sometimes I will plan a build from scratch. Other times I am lazy. I head over to the Archetypes section and look for something that seems like what I want, then I tweak it to get it where I want it. Nothing wrong with either approach. If you are new, tweaking an existing build to get numbers you want is much easier than trying to do it from scratch.
