  1. It's not a glitch, that's how Mu Guardian displays for everyone.
  2. There are some gaps in PW's information—particularly in mission descriptions—but, yes, overall it is a fairly complete picture of the game at shut down. Most importantly, the information that's there is accurate. The gaps are literal gaps, not things that are wrong. Titan Network discusses the state of ParagonWiki here. The most important take away is that PW is licensed under open GNU so that anyone who wants to make a copy and use it as the basis for their own wiki is free to do so (as long and they follow the terms, of course). I'm not a code guy, but my impression is it would be much better to start with a copy of PW and add/tweak its entries to reflect Homecoming's (or whichever private server) changes rather than redoing all of that work. After all, even the most heavily-modified of the private servers is still 90% old CoX.
  3. The problem with the Homecoming Wiki is that whoever started it decided, for whatever reason, to reinvent the wheel. So instead of forking Paragon Wiki and using it as a start point, the Homecoming Wiki is starting from scratch. It's going to take a very long time to replicate the efforts of the PW editors.
  4. That fixed the problem, thanks!
  5. I'm having an issue with the latest version of Mids. It will not open old save files instead giving the following error: ExtractAndLoadFailed Unable to read data - An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B) It gives the same error if I create a new character and attempt to save the file. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but that did not resolve the issue, Specs: Windows 10, 32-bit .NET 4.8
  6. Ulysses gets a lot of complements on his bio, so I guess I'll post it here too:
  7. I played in one of those groups. Seven DB/Willpower scrappers and one Willpower/DB tank—each of us wielding a different pair of weapons. Weapon customization was new too that issue and that's when I knew it was going to be a big hit.
  8. Nice solution you found there, ShardWarrior.
  9. You are a silly, silly person and I applaud your efforts.
  10. An excellent guide, thanks. One suggestion: Running through the Dark Astoria story arc this week I discovered that the masks summoned by Elders count toward Banisher. There are a lot of those in the story arcs, especially in the final mission from the Dream Doctor.
  11. Most, if not all, of the DA story arcs give a badge upon completion. Have you tried looking over your badge list and comparing it to those given by the Story Arc Contacts listed here?
  12. When I remade Ulysses on Homecoming, he changed from AR/Dev blaster to DP/Ninja. I've found the "in your face" play style that DP encourages feels more in character for a displaced pulp adventurer.
  13. Okay, I'm both pleased and disappointed. Disappointed because I logged on tonight specifically to test out the crash handler and I never crashed. Pleased because, well, see previous. Seriously, great job folks. I was able to play on the 32-bit client for three hours without a single hiccup, where previously I'd have crashed to desktop within an hour to an hour-and-a-half.
  14. Are you building above the base? If so, it most likely fell down into the base proper.
  15. The fog of war data is stored locally on your computer, unfortunately I have no idea where.
  16. That was me as well. I bought ten, figuring I could survive the hit to my pocketbook if things went sour. Sold all ten for 25 million within a week of the price returning to normal. Guess I should have dreamed bigger.
  17. That suggestion about the SG buff station is a good one, I always forget that thing is there.
  18. Unfortunately this isn't possible on Homecoming (or any other private server, as far as I know). That's because Paragon Chat stored the base files locally on your computer. When you weren't online, neither was your base. To enable base copying, Homecoming would have to create a mechanism that would allow people to upload base files directly onto their servers. It might be possible but I imagine it would be a fair amount of work and a significant security risk.
  19. With good stealth you can slip past Koago's mob and just fight the two Ignius holding Sam hostage.
  20. My after action report for this weekend's stress test: Unfortunately I wasn't able to stick around as long this week but I was able to play for an hour before my game locked up. This is much better than last week's stress test when I crashed five times in the course of an hour. So whatever fixes you folks are making they're moving in the right direction. Even better, this time the crash handler worked and I was able to send a crash report.
  21. I logged on to the stress test this afternoon and here's my after action report: Over the course of an hour, I experienced three crash to desktops, one crash to log in, and one freeze that required me to shut down the program with task manager. This was, to put it mildly, significantly worse than the performance I normally have on live. I also never saw any sign of the new bug report feature.
  22. That's a wonderful staircase, Flashtoo.
  23. Ever since the 64-bit overhaul, when I use the 32-bit client the game will inevitably crash to desktop after an hour to an hour-and-a-half of play. Sometimes the crash happens sooner, but usually I'm safe for at least an hour. With both Safe Mode and the original client (which I gather are the same thing) I experience a crash or freeze maybe once a month—twice at the most. There doesn't seem to be any obvious pattern to these crashes. It seems to happen during zoning fairly often but it also happens while I'm flying along over the city. And I can jump in a Hami or Mothership raid without issue if things wrap up in under an hour. I'd also add that when the new 32-bit client was introduced it was much less stable: I'd crash after fifteen to thirty minutes. Over the course of the first month performance improved until it reached the current state but since then it seems to have stalled.
  24. Not directly, but you can place doorways side-by-side leading into an adjacent room which will make it look bigger.
  25. </sarc>Yeah that makes sense. I mean we all recall last year when there was a huge spate of people altering /19 dates into things like 1999, right?</sarc>
