You should also look into the SG base teleporters which are available, the one for PI drops you right in Portal Court. If you don't have a base of your own plenty of folks have made the passcodes to their bases available for others to use: Basecode Passes

Just to be clear, it's Titan Network, not Homecoming, that decided that ParagonWiki would remain (for the time being) a record of the game as it was at shutdown. They are also on record that anyone who wants to fork the wiki and make a version specific to their server is welcome to do so.

I just want to say I applaud the "page" concept. It nicely encapsulates the feel of "issues" while at the same time highlighting the inherent limitations of an all-volunteer effort.

Did that just a couple of weeks ago. I was thinking I'd bid low and let them sit for the next day, so was going to bid 81,234. I wound up bidding 812,345. By the time I'd figured out why all of my bids had filled so quick it was all over. C'est la vie.

I too have been having crash to desktop issues ever since the 8/22 patch. For a while playing in in Safe Mode fixed that, but in the past couple of days I've crashed twice even from there.

I can't speak to Winter enhancements, but you can definitely do in-kind conversions on ATOs. The Heroes & Villains and the Vigilantes & Rogues sets are both part of the same pool when it comes to conversions, so you might get a new enhancement from either set.

Inertial Reduction really helps with those ski badges.

That might be true. I know missions with multiple clicks had been changed prior to shut down but I can't swear that the ToT was.

Yes, Homecoming dropped the eight-person requirement while the multiple-people-to-click-the-glowie requirement was, I believe, dropped back during Live. If you have good stealth it can soloed in as few as ten minutes, which I did several times when it was last the WSF target.

That is indeed a problem. I solved it—for most of my friends—by reminding them they can save their chat settings to default. That way the private channel gets added to each new character's tabs automatically.

This. Though personally I always found it easier to make a private chat channel and invite all my friends to join it.

Rail Rider requires your to visit all three tram stations in Praetoria. It works much like River Rat does but with fewer locations to hit.

Did you save you costume files? Like GM Capocollo said, Rocket Boots and other such recipes are now unlocked for everyone. If you load your old costume they should be there, they were for me.

Because of the way the market fluctuates, I suspect a definitive conversion table would be impossible. For example, I've been playing with the market for just over a month and in that time the Celerity: Stealth IO has dropped its average sale price from 2.5 million inf to 1.5 million inf. Sale prices also vary by day of the week, with weekends bringing higher prices than weekdays.

I made back about half of what I spent by selling catalysts, unslotters, and rare salvage (from brainstorms). If I'd actually sold the ATOs I figure I'd have made around 160-170 million altogether. So no, the ROI isn't as good as you'd get with craft & convert. To me, it seems more like a high-roller's version of swapping merits for converters. And, as Yomo Kimyata points out above, it does scale really well.
