  1. I think increasing the aggro cap a bit would be OK. Maybe even desirable. Eliminating the aggro cap is a bad idea.
  2. You can multi-click . . . it's just not required.
  3. Uh-oh . . . now you've done it! Piecemeal's gonna get all villainy now.
  4. Yeah, that already exists in Alignment missions (https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Alignment_Mission) It's just that Null the Gull eliminated the need to run them, but you can if you like that approach, and I certainly encourage anyone who hasn't to run those arcs just for the sake of getting new content! Dr. Graves "Hearts of Darkness" arc would be the equivalent to Shining Stars. Also worthy of playing if you haven't. It's one of the few arcs that actually had a plot twist I didn't see from a mile away.
  5. If you had test server /commands to insta-50, insta-slot, insta-accolade, then yeah a no transfer rule would be required.
  6. I understood what you are saying. I just disagree.
  7. This. ^^^^ Even if you blocked transfers it's just a speed bump. Set up a fire farmer in AE (which you can transfer and leave there), PL second account and friends to 50 in a few hours. Having transfers free both ways lets people try out a PvP server without having to commit to it forever. It also lets PvP folks transfer back to other servers to help out a friend on a TF or what not. The only reason not to allow transfers back is as a punishment to PvPers. "Bad player! Now go to your server and think about what you've done and don't come back out!"
  8. I'd have no problem adding a PvP-everywhere server. I'd also have no problems contributing to it, even if I used it rarely or at all. But I don't think it should be transfer free. I like the fact that transfers are generally available.
  9. I wouldn't lose sleep over it (or anything relating to the game to be fair) but I don't want it to change. There are things to do in those zones as is and there is only a small chance of encountering another player, let alone one of the opposing faction that is interested in defeating you. And even if there is, big deal -- you get knocked out and teleported to the hospital. The only true injury is to ego . . . and only if you let it.
  10. I just wanted to say procto-logical. Carry on. 😁
  11. I generally buy my converters with merits, EXCEPT for a few dedicated fire armor brutes that generally don't stray too far out of AE unless it's to get an accolade. Since they don't have many merits but lots of cash, I just buy the converters to avoid having to switch characters or log the second account. Buying converters for converting is my main use for merits, although I will occasionally get catalysts or boosters just to finish a character NAO! I generally subscribe to the Myrmidon and Myshkin style of playing a character all over the place and selling their drops, after conversion if needed, as they level up. Once they get far enough along the incarnate path that I consider them "finished" and I move on to my next project, I may assign them to buy and sell a certain thing and then visit with them every few months to collect, craft, convert, sell, and set up new patient buys. That's just not procto-logical!
  12. Ouch.
  13. I remember the good old days when whirlwind cancelled all animations. *sigh* I miss those days.
  14. Westin Phipps is the most evil man in the Rogue Isles, in my opinion. If his assignments don't make you reconsider your alignments, you have no heart or soul! https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Westin_Phipps
  15. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=todogut
  16. But Jimmy, a contractual obligation IS a legal obligation . . . *disengages lawyer pedant mode*
  17. I think Veracor is a great raid leader, cool dude, and dedicated player. But I think we should limit player memorials. Under those standards, many people would deserve a nod.
  18. No, thank you. But I would certainly support portions of those zones being added as PvP maps for the arena.
  19. Nice! Thanks for sharing that. I'm impressed at how consistent your Raw Inf number is.
  20. All of those are memorials for heroes that left us much too young. RIP heroes. EDIT: I found a list on the Wiki: https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Category:Memorial_NPCs
