Folks can ask to be part of the Alpha testing process and everyone will have access to Beta testing. The HC devs have demonstrated a willingness to make changes to stuff on test before it goes live, especially if the criticism is based on objective testing and rational critiques. In other words, actually running the new stuff and demonstrating how and why new stuff is less than excellent either empirically or even subjectively might get them to change it. "OMG! This sucks. I'm rage-quitting" will never get the same results. Not accusing GVT or anyone in this thread of doing that. But we've seen it before.

I don't think you are reading it correctly, but time will tell. I have the feeling that something is coming to a test server near you SoonTM!! Once there, we will all have a chance to try it and give it the Goldilocks test.

If it is, try refreshing or removing cookies and then refreshing. It might have some old data "stuck".

Also consider that telling someone to move off of LFG is not a "looking for group" conversation, nor is telling someone to move off help either a request for help or a response to a request. The chat policing is just as off topic as anything else. So consider this a friendly suggestion to let people blow off a bit of steam or be a little silly from time to time and not be so immature to allow such minor things to annoy or require a response.

Sign me up! I have no problem with anyone who wants to start a farm channel, or base-builder channel, role play channel or any other channel. But I do have a problem with players telling other players that they have to have their conversations in this channel or that channel. Unless the words themselves are against the code of conduct (i.e. harassment, excessive vulgarity, etc.) let people say their piece.

I'm generally able to remember if I ran the WST. I tend to run a character from 1-50 and at least a few T3 incarnates until I move on to my next project, and then bring out my older 50s periodically to keep climbing the incarnate ladder, get incarnates, market, etc. But, when I don't remember for whatever reason, I check my Notice of the Well salvage and Alpha slotting. I will generally use them to get to T3 and T4 alpha. So if I have spares, chances are I already ran it that week.

Here is a build for a Dark/Dark Defender with the Fear theme. I never made it since the stalker build won, but I might in the future.

I tried it and was disappointed. If the defense didn't suppress so harshly, even if it was less total defense, I might use it. I feel the same about Evasive Maneuvers. As it is, I'd rather take Combat Jumping and put a stealth in either sprint or super speed. I wanted to like the change to the Concealment Pool. The changes to teleport were AWESOME!

With zero recharge slotting in Mental Blast you get a 16% chance of the Decimation proc going off. Because I saw a new post from Booper, but thought it was Bopper, went to read it, saw a different Avatar (booping dog vs AG Gary), thought Bopper had changed avatars, and then my eyes and brain finally synced to realize Booper is a totally different person, a dev person no less!

Decimation has a PPM of one. That's a pretty bad proc rate. While I don't know if the Oil Slick fire patch could inherit the build up, I can tell you that you are better off with any 3.5 PPM damage proc.

My guess is that, if they did it, it wouldn't work on level 50+ just like 2XP doesn't. And then it's of limited use.

Singy won't pull players in PvP. Toxic Webnade's -recharge won't stack in PvP. No change in PvE.
