  1. Blessing of the Zephyr costs about 1.5-2 million most of the time, use the base slot in the ally teleport power and put that in there. 4 knock back protection does a surprising amount of heavy lifting.
  2. Yeah, throw kismet into a toggle, not an ally shield.
  3. Enough that it doesn’t matter? Probably not. If I remember correctly, 100% mez resist cuts mez duration in half, meaning Malta stuns will take 18 hours to wear off instead of a day and a half
  4. I think HC wiki is wrong on this one. I started playing in issue 6 and faultline had not been revamped yet. the paragon wiki archive says it happened in issue 8, which feels right to me. https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Issue_8
  5. You can’t enhance -recharge, so an end redux is really all you need. CE’s -recharge is -32%, so even against +3s that’s over 20% recharge debuff if they don’t have additional recharge resistance.
  6. Now I want to run an all Thugs tf… depending on slotting, henchmen would have between 67 and 105% defense just from Enforcer’s maneuvers 🤪
  7. That’s not the fault of MMs, that’s the fault of bad players.
  8. Man, this would be so much easier if it just said Momentum in red text somewhere on the screen when you had it…
  9. Attacks (except rain of fire and inferno) should get 1 accuracy, 1 end redux, 3 damage and 1 recharge. For ROF and Inferno replace the end redux with another recharge. your big dark powers: twilight grasp 1-2 accuracy, 2-3 heal will get you started Darkest Night: 1-2 endurance redux, 2-3 to-hit debuffs Tar patch: 1-2 recharge Shadow Fall: is complicated but bare minimum 1-2 end redux Fearsome Stare: 1 Accuracy 2-3 tohit debuffs 1-2 recharge Dark Servant: again, complicated, but I’d say 1 accuracy, 2 tohit debuffs 1-2 heals 0-1 recharge. Note that dark servant’s duration is the same as its recharge, so in most content you don’t really *need* to slot recharge in it.
  10. At some point somewhere he said that the way he shows up is easier for him to read. but that means he can only easily read stuff that he’s typed, which seems… odd
  11. I’m not going to argue whether it should or shouldn’t be done, but minimal effects != no effects. Just like ice and stone armor minimal effects still have some graphics. I believe the devs have indicated this is the way they see minimal effects working. The no fade option (which I think is limited to cloak of darkness for DA) means you aren’t just a puffball of dark, which is what standard looks like.
  12. Basically all powers from different casters stack, so your leadership combines with Enforcers’ leadership to make “win”
  13. Wow, this thread has gone a long way from its original “45% defense doesn’t mean what everyone thinks it means”
  14. It won’t light up (because that’s what powers on cooldown do) but the ring is still there.
  15. If I remember correctly, the only difference between blitz and parkour is the jump, so I don’t see blitz changing the jump. as for the “give parkour a 2-handed hold for staff” I’m not personally against it, but I’m sure some people are, which means “who do you please?”
  16. I suspect it wouldn’t be as easy to implement as you think. Also, emotes can be “broken” by moving while power animations have a set time in which you are locked out of doing other things. Any thoughts on how you would reconcile this?
  17. All of my baby toons on retail would run 3-4 “magic” radio missions starting at level 5 (when CoT are still easy) to get magic salvage to sell on the AH to fund their starting enhancements.
  18. You’ve got to kind of work backwards… so with 50% resistance if you get hit for 100 damage, that means with 0% resistance you would have gotten hit for 200 damage. now you can take that 200 damage and multiply it by 158% giving you… 316 damage. yes, your way works too. Math is hard. and don’t forget, resistance resists resistance debuffs. So at 50% resistance, you resist 50% of resistance debuffs
  19. That is incredible!
  20. So, the defense in Evasive Maneuvers only works out of combat, EM is basically just useful for movement in combat (but you can also slot a Luck Of The Gambler def/global recharge in there for funsies) Fighting is better for solo, Leadership is better for teams, and yes, multiple leaderships *do* stack. Very few things from different players don’t stack in this game. Rune of Protection is awesome, and it can be used reactively as a mez break free, however, its recharge cannot be changed, it is always 3 minutes. I generally build my time toons with 2 things in mind: 1. Recharge and 2. Defense. With Power Boosted Farsight, you should be able to get to the defense soft cap fairly easily (45%) PB+ED capped Farsight gets you to about 26%. ED capped Weave is another 6.5%, hover (if you decide to keep it) gives 2.125% and we’ll throw in a modest maneuvers slotting of 3% puts you above 37.5% defense to all without any sets dedicated to defense bonuses. If you 6 slot both of the superior Corruptor ATO sets those provide a nice 5% defense to ranged and AOE defense. Time’s Juncture provides -12.5% to hit debuff out of the box, even if an enemy resists 50% of that you’re looking at effectively soft capped ranged/AoE defense and almost soft-capped to everything else. so that covers defense. Recharge is important because you want to get the recharge of Farsight, Chrono Shift, and Power Boost down. ED capped recharge in Farsight will almost get you permanent, but you’ll need a little extra recharge to finish it off (Chrono Shift’s +recharge is more than enough… when it is up). Similarly, the two ATO sets I said to slot each give 10% global recharge in the superior version, so Farsight is now permanent. Chrono Shift is a bit harder, it has a 90 second duration (for the +recharge, everything else is only a 30 second duration and is therefore not able to be permanent) and a 6 minute base recharge. You can get CS perma without Hasten (and I personally avoid hasten unless I absolutely need it) but Hasten makes it much easier to get CS permanent.
  21. You can’t upgrade! You’ll lose that awesome sticker!
  22. Yes, you can change it in the costume change menu. Go to a trainer/tailor and then under the power pools tab you can change Hover to show the Foy animation instead.
  23. Gravitic interface and Cryonic Judgement
  24. I mean, technically agoraphobia is pretty much just “fear of being outside your safe space” Wikipedia defines it as
  25. I love Street Justice for its crunchiness. Probably my favorite to play us my StJ/WP brute… I know it’s not like a min/max pairing, but I find it fun, and I’m pretty good at making WP tanky. i have a fun concept on my Rad/StJ tank, but I feel the damage is a little anemic for my liking… if I don’t already have a Shield/StJ tank I will by the end of the night.
