    Here's mine, I haven't actually finished building him, so I can't give real-world examples, but should be able to handle most things you can throw at it, especially when Unleash Potential is up.
  2. What type of tank? If it's a primarily resistance based build then you'd be better off going /cold to bolster their defense. As for kin, don't forget, you may not have -resist, but you have -damage and you get team +damage
  3. I would suggest a sentinel. They aren't particularly strong, but they've got decent damage mitigation and more importantly mez protection out of the box, and they get ranged attacks as their primary. Alternately, as others have mentioned, time defenders are quite powerful. They live in melee thanks to Time's Junction and Farsight makes them very hard to hit. That being said, they don't have any built in mez protection.
  4. I'll be the voice on the other side, I guess... Archery is better on Corrs than Defenders, yes, but then again, *most* blast sets are better on corrs than defenders. Defenders have much more potent (de)buffs than Corruptors, however, and this can be a game changer. I've got both a TA/A (50/T4'd) and an A/TA (34). It is hard to compare them because the Def has been 50 for a long time, but I do think I enjoy it more than the Corr. I want to take the Corr to 50 and IO him out so I can get a fair comparison of the two sets though.

  6. The preventive medicine proc does not need to be in an active power to work. On many builds I've slotted it into spirit ward and it works even when I'm solo (ie: I have no target for it to be on) Performance Shifter +end works out to be better than just about all endmod enhancements, so if you're less than 50 or your exemp a lot, it's the better choice.
  7. the absorb proc will fire only under its certain conditions, and does not factor into the power being fired/toggled. I'd slot it in healing aura
  8. Dark tends to be on the end heavy side, and its only real weakness (other than high end cost) is not a ton of defense, so I'd suggest a Cold/ something defender. Between the shields and Heat Loss he'll thank you.
  9. Are you sure about that? Power Customization does exist, and you can customize some powers that are not primary/secondary/Power Pools. I don't know either way, just saying. Also, I have a few toons that would love to have the Nemesis Mole Machines pop out of the ground.

  12. I could see this being sort of a cross between SR and Nin jitsu in that it is high in positional defenses because can predict what attacks are coming then throw a -recharge aura in there for taunts and some sort of Chrono Shift like power for the tier 9
  13. The patch isn't targetable, I'd liken it more to Freezing Rain than Phantom Army though.
  14. Stunning Shot is not 80 feet, as is normal for ST attacks, other than upping that, nothing else send out of the ordinary

Here's a lower-end IO build that I'd do, still has 1 purple (because Contagious Confusion is just too good) and 1 PvP enhancement (Panacea Chance for +Heal/+End) It (should) fix most of your endurance problems before factoring in Victory Rush and Conserve Power. If it does in fact fix the end problems, I'd probably switch out Victory Rush for Vengeance.
  18. I notice you don't have end redux slotted in a lot of your powers, that will help a lot. Also, unless you're going for set bonuses, you don't need more than 2-3 slots in stamina due to Enhancement Diversification. Poison trap doesn't do damage on its own, and I'm not sure of the proc potential of it. As for Mass Confusion and AOE damage, that would be Terrify. Yes, it slows the damage the enemies do to each other, but that's where you get your AOE damage in mind control.

  20. I don't take it on most of my tanks, because of the end cost, but it is useful. I would personally go Tactics over FA if you can spare the power pool pick and extra power pick for the prerequisite. That being said, several armor sets have +perception built in. Dark - Cloak of Darkness Ice - Glacial Armor Stone - Minerals SR - Focused Senses Willpower - Heightened Senses
  21. This. Don't get me wrong, Illusion/Storm or /TA are excellent combos (I've got 50s of each) but illusion is more single target focused, where as Fire gives Hot Feet for excellent AoE damage and Plant has Seeds and Creepers for mass hilarity.

  24. You can! though for some reason not during character creation. If you go into a costume editor you can choose the "Inherent" tab and choose between standard/Ninja Run/Beast Run stances.
