  1. I see what you did there.
  2. the mobs have to already be feared and immobilized for the stun to take effect, which is why you aren't seeing the stun very much.
  3. Cool idea. I agree the current Nemesis event is a bagful of yawns, BUT it sounds like it's a lot easier to get the badge than what you're proposing. Perhaps we can find some way of getting the badge at the same difficulty (right now it's just having 10 people standing around each other) while making the actual fighting more interesting.
  4. Yes. Armor sets with KB protection also get KB Resistance, meaning the 10-12 KB protection they get is good enough for all content (that I'm aware of). unfortunately there's no way to build KB resistance that I am aware of, and even if you could, you'd need several hundred percent for it to be useful.
  5. When they say Armored they mean building in Defense and Resists through IOs, Powers (tough/weave/Combat Jumping) and Incarnate abilities
  6. Fire armor can still be built to cap resistances for most damage types, so I wouldn't rule it out. The real thing is you need both Resist and Defense to really be safe, though there are other ways to get around it. I'm going to summon @Linea and @Werner as both have pulled off some mighty feats on +4x8 (Werner soloed ITF without any deaths/temps/inspirations)
  7. Side question... is there a way to make "Local_name_here" based on whoever you have targetted rather than having to type the name?
  8. Correct, there is no way to increase the radius of an AoE, so PBAoEs are unaffected by it.
  9. Fury of the Gladiator (drop it in Shadow Maul) offers 3 Pts of KB protection as the 3 slot Bonus as does Gladiator's Armor (Resist Set) Overwhelming Force (Universal Damage) offers 4 points for 6 slotting it (though this set is unique), so you've got lots of possibilities for KB protection without losing Resistance or a slot.
  10. Bruising doesn't exist anymore
  11. There's a funny thing about knockback is almost always under 4 and when it is above that it tends to be above 8. So I aim to hit 11/12ish protection
  12. Why don't you just set up a channel yourself and have all of your global friends join it? that's how I get most of my teams.
  13. you get 1 respec every 10 levels, you can use the command /respec to do it. I should note that you should *NOT* Respec inside your SG base as that can crash the game and corrupt your character data.
  14. and just for fun, Spring Attack
  15. I was thinking Force Field/Sonic Resonance
  16. Correct, Plus, if I remember correctly, everyone would need to be in Ouroboros to start the mission anyway.
  17. It's also easier to cap out Res/Def to all but Psi in Granite And yes, you can do this while removing the penalties.
  18. yeah, Defense Debuffs and -Recharge are the bane of Bio because it relies on 3 click powers to survive. It's a great set, don't get me wrong, but it is not head and shoulders above the other sets IMO.
  19. Of course, that requires you to be level 25, in which case you can already access Ouro through a portal, so what's the point of TT?
  20. I always take Cloak of Darkness and Oppressive Gloom, I've personally never taken CoF (for the end reason you stated) but I've seen plenty of viable tankers do it. The trick is using Taunt to pull them in rather than zooming around the room trying to get everyone's attention passively.
  21. yeah, it's right around 600% bonus regen (for a total of 700% regen) if you have both of them up. That's IO'd out WP level of regen.
  22. Hmm, I have been tooling around with a plant/traps for a while. I always looked at stacking tree with triage, but never thought about getting enough recharge to stack them with themselves.
  23. I don't have any characters with Surveillance so I can't double check this, but to my knowledge, only strength is affected by the purple patch, not duration.
  24. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention... in game, the accuracy will state 1.0 this actually means you have a 75% chance of hitting a +0 enemy. That's why slotting 1 accuracy (which puts you at the cap of 95%) is important.
